I have been to this cafe a few times for lunch at the weekend. The food is always good but it is a bit expensive for what you're getting. The service is excellent but the cafe is always quiet at the weekend.

Was looking forward to finding a good spot for breakfast in the area. Went for a late breakfast. Bacon was dry and leathery - appeared to be reheated. Oily hashbrown. Pricey at €15+ for a breakfast (of this quality) with tea & orange. Celtic tiger pricing for low standard fair.

i have friends who work in the area so i usually try go for lunch with them once and week and barista's is usually our place of choice. we've probably tried everything on the menu at this stage....food, service and staff themselves are all fab which is why we keep going back for more! love the decor of the place itself too....some gorgeous artwork on the walls! time for another visit this week i think!

Had a lovely lunch here today. Great little restaurant, I work locally and visit occasionally. Check out the specials board. Always a interesting mix of Asian and European. Lovely staff, Great coffee. Will be back.

We ordered the beef main course, it was cheap really poor beef in a packet sauce, very very dissapointing. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere perhaps it was just the day we called in on but we were dissapointed. Dessert was ok and starter passable, main shockingly bad

Myself and my brother went in there for a late lunch. We both had the menu for 15 euro which included a starter and main course. We both got the spring rolls and chicken korma. The waiter that took our order got some what mixed up with the order and thought that we wanted a starter to share instead of two seperate starters which was a bit disappointing. But overall we were very happy with the starters but when we got to the main course it tasted more like a chicken curry than a chicken korma. We got two glasses of wine which were very reasonable priced and the second glass was free due to the mix up from the waiter. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed even though the restraunt closed early on Saturdays we were not rushed to have our food. Staff were friendly. would recommend this place and I would go back again but for another main course. jean seb dublin

This is a fantastic little place which nobody seems to know about. My wife and I have been there four or five times on Friday evenings over the past few months. Despite the lack of other customers, the atmosphere is enhanced by brilliant live guitar playing (sometimes singing). The service is quick and eifficient and the food amazing value. I can't believe so few people know about this place as it is really good and great value for money. The menu would not be as extensive as other larger restaurants, but what they do, they do really well. I believe they do great sunday lunch and breakfast also.

I brought my son here for a full Irish breakfast one sunday and I recieved my breakfast free! My son said it was the best breakfast ever especially the white pudding a sauages. I had pancakes with fresh berries and creme fraiche and they were lovely. The service was wonderful and friendly, the dining area is lovely, bright and comfortable and the special offer on sat and sun is fantastic value. Will definetley be back, lovely spot.

Have been to this place a few times for breakfast. The food was fantastic on all occasions. Presented well by pleasant staff. Probably the best Cafe in Dublin for all round quality of food and service. Very professional and always feel that I'm getting more than I pay for. Compared to the rest of Dublin this place surely is a hidden diamond

I went there for a lunch with my friend last Friday. The place looks lovely. we were very impressed as you wouldn't expect to be looked after so well on an ordinary lunch break. The staff were really nice. I ordered a Winter soup and my firend had Panini. We liked that a lot. And the tea was served on wooden boards with a cute kettle & mug. Just have to say that it's quite dear to eat there and it woulnd't be affordable on daily basis but we will come back again and it will be soon.
