A popular spot for the locals. We eat at the bar, they also have a restaurant at the back. The place is always busy enough to have a great atmosphere but not jam packed. Waiter is always quick over to order drinks. Great pub food - hot, tasty and big portion. You will find your usual suspects on the menu but nicely done and fresh. Comfort food I would like to think. Good value.

This is a lovely busy pub that serves one of the nicest carvery lunches around. There are always customers coming and going which to me is a good sign.My Mum loves going there when I come to visit. The menu is always well varied to cater for every customer. We love the fact that theres always specials available for those on a budget too. They also offer a smaller plate at a reduced price for those who wouldn't eat a full plate.Great customer service always by the chef. Its lovely to have them "Thank you" with sincerity. Will definitley keep going in on my trips home..

Ate here for the first time during the summer and loved it, sat out in the beer garden and had best chicken wings ever.

Went back few weeks ago and ate inside. It was very very busy Sunday carvery, portions were great, it was fresh and tastey. Staff were on the ball and had beautifully made irish coffee.

there always seems to be a bit of a buzz in the place

would def return

I was here for lunch. I had a wrap which was alright. The service was a bit rubbish and we had to wait for ages for someone to clean our table before we sat down to eat!

The eden is one of my favourite places to eat. The service is always great and the seating area in the bar is lovely. I'd recommend the nacho's for starters and the steak or blackened cajun chicken as a main. The menu is the same as The Morgue in Templeogue but id prefer The Eden to The Morgue. Good value and friendly staff!

We ordered from the A La Carte menu on Sunday evening. Good service, tasty pub grub and reasonable prices.

I ate here on a snowy Tuesday evening with my boyfriend. It's a pub set up, but with two or three nice dining rooms - one with a fire. The service is very friendly and efficient. There is good car parking if you don't want to drink. Foodwise, they serve very good quality bar food with plenty of choice - and with a carvery in the daytime. My boyfriend had the chowder (smokey, lots of seafood and really divine) and the deep friend brie - both of which were served fresh and piping hot. He said both were delicious. I had the chilli - very good taste-wise but served with a bit too much rice. We drank tap and didn't have coffees. The bill was €25. A very tasty, mid week, recession friendly, and friendly bar-restaurant.

I ate here with my family and my boyfriend on a Monday night. My overall experience was good! Even for a Monday night the place was buzzing. Food was great, really really nice. And the portions were HUGE! Myself and my boyfriend had the Chinese chicken noodles which came with chips. I could barely eat half beaciuse there was so much so they kindly put the rest in a foil box for me to take home (made a great lunch in work the next day!). My mum and dad had the burgers, again they looked great and came with chips and salad. And my brother had the chilli con carne. That came with tortillas, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, rice and chips! Wasd very impressive. Not one person at the table could finish their portion so it’s a great place to go if your hungry or fancy sharing! It’s a lovely pub inside with a great smoking area and loads of flat screens, there’s even some in the seated smoking area. Def worth a try!

Met a few friends here for dinner on a sunday evening, and besides the staff being a little too attentive there were no complaints to be made. The menu is extensive with an option for all. The pub was packed, and was obvious from our stuffed bellies when we were done as to why.

We all opted for 4 different dishes, 1 Chicken stuffed with broccoli & Brie, 1 Chicken pasta (i think called double penne) 1 cajun chicken sandwich, & 1 half roast chicken. Lots of food on each plate! No shortage of side orders!

It might be an idea to have an option of vegetables as a side order (curent options salad, Sauteed potatoes or chips).

Other than that 4 happy punters and prices €14.50 for our main courses with way too much food was very good value for money.

Will definatly return.

Went to the Eden on Sun evening with friends to grab a quick dinner. Hadn't been here for awhile. The menu is really big, and had trouble choosing what to have! Went for the chicken penne pasta, the ladies chose the cajun chicken sandwich, chicken stuffed with brie and broccoli, and half roast chicken. The food was all tasty, and hit the spot for us! The portion sizes are huge, and all dishes come with a side of chips, potatoes or salad. Would definitely go back for pub grub again to try more of the choices on the menu
