Khasi ko Sekuwa
Tender pieces of lamb marinated overnight in ginger, garlic and Nepalese spices, cooked on open fire and served with mint and yoghurt sauce.
Prawns mixed with spices and corn flour, deep fried and served with sweet mango chilli sauce.

Pan-fried chicken cubes in a dry tempering of ginger, garlic, lemon, spinach and coriander. Served with cumin potatoes, savoury rice and salad.
Lamb Malai (Mild)
Lamb cooked in a creamy almond and cashew nut sauce, garnished with honey and dried apricots
Neelgiri Gosht (Med)
Lamb and vegetables in a puree of spinach, South Indian spices and fenugreek, finished with a touch of cream. Recommended with boiled rice

Lamb cooked in hot chilli and tomato sauce, flavoured with garlic and cloves.

Lamb cooked in a traditional Indian tomato and ginger sauce, with a touch of Soya sauce and coriander

Marinated Indian Ocean red snapper cooked in a sauce of coconut, onion and tamarind. Also delicious with prawns. Recommended with boiled rice
