This is a nice restaurant although a little hard to find. I liked the decor and the way the seat were sunken into the ground. The menu is very comprehensive, perhaps too much so as I found it very difficult to decide on what to eat. In the end I went for the prawn tempura for started while my boyfriend had the chicken satay. The prawns were nice but the chicken was delicious. For mains I had the crispy seabass which was lovely. My boyfriend had the pad thai which was nice but not the nicest he has had. The food is pricey enough and I'm not sure that it deserves that price. I enjoyed it but not sure that I would go again.

Every time we dine here, we always enjoy it. From the gentle greeting right thru service, it's gentle and refined. The menu is authentic and delicious. The only 'fault' with last night was for some reason once our meal was served, we were left alone. No one came to offer another glass of wine, or more food, or desert or coffee - all things we probably would have agreed to. Only when we asked for the bill did they clear the table. Despite that, it was a great meal. We'll be back many more times.

Had heard great things from a few friends about here so gave it a go for a family dinner. The interior of the restaurant is amazing and there's a great atmosphere. It was very busy when we went and service was a bit slow because of that but the food more than made up for it, it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely food but pity about the dismal service. Had vouchers so felt a bit neglected as perhaps not paying full price ?? Drinks & beers arrived fine, as did starters which were all lovely (2 x soup, ribs & tempura prawns) BUT then the main courses arrived before we were all finished! The starter dishes were then hurriedly cleared with 1 person still eating their ribs, and the main courses were shoved at us.. not impressed. Food itself was nice, massaman curry was best of dishes, pad thai was a little undercooked but ok. After dinner ordered an ice-cream and tea for 3 - Ice cream arrived but tea was forgotten about - after 20 mins I went in search of staff to ask again for tea and it eventually arrived. No sign of staff to ask for bill so ended up all leaving table to go , and paid balance on way out.. disappointing but hopefully just bad luck and would try again & hope for better service.
