We went here for a bite to eat after work. Service was quick but our waitress seemed a bit aloof as if she had better things to do. Food was nice, not loads of it but enough to fill you. Toilets leave a lot to be desired.

I have only eaten here once but have been getting take away for the last few years and their take away is certainly the best I have tried. I agree with a few other reviews that some sides for example naan bread etc are a bit too pricey. I have never received bad food from here, the staff are more than helpfull and will modify meals to suit the customer with no hassle. The delivery is very prompt and I think the food is of a very high standard. Eventually I actually went for Dinner there, casual enough premises, but service excellent, very frieindly staff and food was as good as ever, would definately return.

What started as an idea of having a Green Curry in honour of St Patrick turned out to be a visit to Khan's for what turned out to be a great evening. A group of us sat down to a variety of starters from pakoras to prawns and samosas to shashlick. Mains ranged from North Indian garlic chillie chicken to chicken korma and rogan josh. A variety of rices and naans completed the main serving and ice creams rounded off the feast. After settling the bill and in spite of bringin our own wine, we were offered a drink on the house. This remains my favourite Indian restaurant in Dublin

I ate here with a large group, roughly 20 odd on a Sunday night. We had stocked ourselves well with alcohol and the staff were very good about bringing the next beverage when requested. I had the seekh kebab to start and enjoyed it, nice flavours but the issue was that there was no plate to slide it onto so that the onions burnt on the hot plate and the sauce burnt away when applied. however still very good. For my main course I had the lamb chilli masala which was nice and spicy but still had very good flavours. All in all nice food, good service, not the best in Dublin and a tad overpriced but very enjoyable.

Went here for a Friday work lunch. Very reasonable, the staff were lovely and food was delicious. They didn’t rush us out which was great, and were very attentive. Food was ample and a great touch was we ordered a naan to share, and they give us extra curry/korma sauce to dip are naan in. This was fantastic. I had chicken Pathia which was lovely, very flavoursome. I’ve heard its BYOB so I will be back for this. As it was during the day it was quiet enough so not that much atmosphere.

Went here with two friends on friday night. the food was really good and the staff were friendly. The staff really knew their menu and gave some good suggestions. The mains are all about €12-16 and coupled with the fact that it is BYOB, the night ended up really reasonable. We were also offered a free drink to finish which i thought was a lovely touch. I will be back again to Khans!

What a shame that the high quality of the food was ruined by dismal service. It took forever to get some water and the main dishes took a long time to come out. The staff were impatient when we asked for explanations regarding the dishes that they served.

Had Saturday lunch, having found a (dear) place to park on the public road beside the Bective rugby ground. Price of lunch quite OK and plenty of rice served with the menu choice. We were happy and decided an occasional visit would be OK when hungry.

The food was ok. I have eaten here before, and needless to say, I was a bit disappointed this time. It is actually quite a great location, and the hours are good as ell, and take-away/delivery is not a problem. I think it is a good place to have a quiet evening away from town, but it is very ordinary. Somewhat intimate. My naan was a little burnt unfortunately, and the chicken tikka could have used some more flavor but all in all if you are simply looking for take out and convenience, this is definitely the place to go.

This was without a doubt the worst meal I have had in Dublin. I was horrified by the service and the food was little better. I won't ever be eating here again and I doubt the other 5 people who were with me will either. Shocking in every respect.

I ate here on friday night with three girlfriends. We'd only previously had take aways from here and were always pleased so we decided to venture into the restaurant for a change. We were not disappointed!! FOr starters we ordered the Chicken Kebab, Fried Jhinga and two aloo dishes. The waiters were very friendly but did not overcrowd us. The delivered the starters and we shared them out amongst ourselves. I was particularly impressed by the fried jhinga. For our mains we ordered one chicken korma, prawn pasanda, lamb bhuna and chicken balti all to share between the four of us. The meats were extremely tender and the prawns were succulent. I can't pick a favourite from these dishes as the were all equally tasty. We ate and chatted for a long while, soaking up the atmosphere over fantastic food. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a relaxing night out with great food at a very reasonable price.

Just had lunch here with a few good chums from work as I hadn't been in in a couple of months despite only working up the road. I now know the reason why I stopped going... I had the lunch menu which seemed like good value apart from the rubber chicken that they used in my Korma was tasteless and to add onto that the garlic nan bread comes in at an astonishing €4.45 while the regular nan is €2. Paying €2.45 for a small bit of garlic to be placed on top of a nan in there recessionary times is rediculous. I will not be returning to this restraunt.

recently ate here we had the lamb and samosas for starters which were really good. For our main course we had a lamb balti and chicken balti which were extremely bland. Altough the starters were good I dont think I will be back again due to the disapointing main courses.

Had a bad experience here. We were the only people in the restaurant between 6 and 7.30 (for the early bird) so there was absoltuelty no atmosphere, and the two waiters constantly walking up and down the length of the restuarant was quite annoying. The food itself was OK, if anything a bit bland. Service could have been a lot better since the place was empty; they could have made a lot more effort at making us feel welcome.

Khan's Balti is one of our favourite local restaurants. The food is really good, and we are always given a great welcome there. I especially like the Mushroom Pilao Rice and Tandoori King Prawns. The complimentary papadums and pickles are always fresh and delicious, too! They will adjust seasoning for you upon request [especially to make it hotter!] and we find the staff very pleasant.

I'd been here last year but not since as it badly needed some attention to the decor! myself and my wife decided to try again last week and the place looks pretty good. As the previous review says the food was delicious but what made it better was the value. Something i hadn't done before was bring a bottle of wine to a restaurant, it makes quite a big difference to the bill so I don't care if I feel a bit cheap!! Good suburban restaurant, worth a try for the value alone but don't forget the wine.

Delicious food....pity about the service! went here at about 7 on a friday and there were only two other tables of people there. maybe if we had gone a little later the atmosphere would have been better. service was not much better, the waiters weren't very attentive and not friendly at all. However, the food was amazing. The portions were a generous size and were quite spicy. I'd reccomend maybe getting a take away from here because I think the atmosphere and service are a big part of eating out
