TGI Friday’s offers a great night out with superb food and drink, great service and a fantastic party atmosphere with an authentic American feel. The decor, the food, the experience are all designed to let you enjoy Friday’s in a way only the Americans can do. An absolute waste of money. Servers were disinterested & distant - on automatic pilot. Coconut milkshake was bland. Burger looked impressive but was a real let down - tepid & flavourless. Pasta arrabiata also cold and flavourless. Will never eat here again

2 adults 2 kids, arrived sunday afternoon, seated quickly by friendly and pleasant staff. Service v good, friendly interaction with kids too, i cant fault that. But the food was a major let down. the starters .. buffalo wings for two and deep fried mozzarella . Buffalo wings were good, portion was okay. Mozzeralla was bland and tasteless. Main course Fried prawns, dried hard served with poorest grade chips and soggy 'carrot and broccoli'??, Burger not on a parr with anything from your local 'chippy , no side salad.. kids chicken and chips more of the same .... plain and boring..'. Desert, wasnt bad at all , chocolate brownie with ice cream, and icecream sundae, slush puppy.... But for the overall price of €84 (less €10 discount for after i mentioned the matter).. Not enough to entice me back anytime soon !!.

2nd time I have ordered steak & asked for medium & it has come out shrivelled up & overdone. Staff were nice about it but had to wait a good 20mins for a new steak to arrive and by that time my husband was finished his food. Will never ever go back to TGIs. Absolute rip off of a restaurant with less than mediocre food & we had to stand and wait for half an hour for a table even though the restaurant was half empty??
