My absolute favourite Thai restaurant. I have never had anything but a great experience in Baan thai, whether it was sitting in or take away, I have taken numerous friends/family here and they all loved it. Some of my favourite starters include the satay, angel wings or chicken spicy&sour soup and for the mains the red/green chicken currys are delicious as well as the lamb panang, the portions are big and seriously tasty. The egg fried/boiled rice is so fresh. If I can manage dessert the banana fritters with honey, sesame seeds and vanilla ice cream are a gem . Yes its slightly on the pricey side but well worth it as the food is truly the best I have had outside of Thailand.

We visited here to celebrate our 1 month wedding anniversary in April and to relive some of the great Thai dishes we tasted on Honeymoon. We were not disappointed at all. Food is so good here with really fresh ingredients and so much choice on the menu it's difficult to chose just one starter so we shared 3 between us! Mains are again served with delicious rice bowl but think that the portions are so big a couple could share a main! Drinks options are also great with wine and traditional beers like Tsao and Singa which compliment the curries really well. The restaurant was very busy and full to capacity but other than having to wait for 20mins for our drink to arrive (which came with our starters) we thought the place was great - little pricey for a normal Thai restaurant but you get what you pay for and will look forward to our next visit - highly recommended.

Excellent food, as always. I was slightly disappointed to learn, when we got the bill, that the price on the menu for the main course does not include rice. Not as reasonable as first impressions would lead you to expect.

Both being fans of Thailand and the cuisine, the Menupages deal was a must. This cosy location, although a little crowded does create a lovely atmosphere I think. The deal enabled us to pick off the full a la carte menu which was excellent value and great choice. He had the mixed platter and was pleased to try some previously untried dishes, I opted for the spring rolls, and then we had a cashew nut & vegetable main and a green curry with rice to share. We weren't mad about the desserts, but at that stage we didn't really mind, as we had eaten enough! Finishing off with coffees and the only supplement being a bottle of wine it was a great meal out with very efficient and friendly staff.

Lunch here today in Baan Thai, which I frequent often with work colleagues was fantastic, never have had a bad meal here and the lunch menu is great value for money. Had prawn paad thai which was delicious, and my lunch friend had beef red curry which was drooling over it was so good. Will always recommend this place as it's never let me down! Staff are friendly and efficient.

Was here for lunch with 3 friends, excellent value of two courses for under €15. The chicken satay is lovely and they provided us with an extra portion without asking and at no extra cost. I had Chicken Pad Thai excellent food. Service was good great value and best Thai food in Dublin

In one word Superb! We eat regularly in Baan Thai and always find the food exceptional, consistent and great value for money. Some dishes are quite spicy the way I like it but do not overpower the array of other elements which is the skill with all spicy food. Remember it is a Thai Restaurant so dishes are supposed to be hot however they have toned them down for European palates just not as much as some of the other restaurants. You can ask for them very mild if preferred. We have tried many of the courses available on the menu non have disappointed but we both have our favourites. Anytime I have recommended Baan Thai to friends etc they have always loved it and also return regularly. In the restaurant the tables are quite close together which I think only adds to the atmosphere. For dinner they always use white table clothes and napkins (an expensive addition) but I think it is a great touch. Many other restaurants at this price range have opted for paper. The staff are really helpful professional and efficient. On the negative side wine list could be improved with a better variety particularly under €30 and a selection of wines by the glass. Toilets could be done up however they are always very clean.

Baan Thai came highly recommended to me so I was keen to try it out. Firstly, the food is very good. Both myself and my dining companion ended up with very tasty mains which seemed very fresh and authentic. Service was adequate without being brilliant (no excuses for not being brilliant as we were the only people in the restaurant for most of the evening). We had coffee to finish, which, surprisingly for a Thai restaurant, were really quite good. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking but this may be more due to the fact that we went for an early dinner and the restaurant had just opened. I would definitely return to Baan Thai for the high quality food although maybe at a busier time for a bit more atmosphere/company!

This Thai restaurant for me is one of the best, if not the best I've ever been to. The food is just so tasty, love the decor and the atmosphere, reminds me of when I was in Thailand. The lunch menu is great value and you get decent size portions. An absolute must if you like Thai food.

Like the last reviewer, I ate here last night also. We arrived after 20:00 and had no reservation. The first floor was totallly full, so we were brought up to the second floor. The room was absolutely freezing and I had to keep my coat on until well into my starter before the room warmed up. Apart from that we had a lovely night. Service was not speedy, but we were in no rush so it suited us. We both had Satay to start and then both had a red curry, mine a chicken and my friend's a prawn. We also shared some prawn crackers and had a bottle of the house merlot/nero d'avola. All in all it came to just over 70 Euro which I think is pretty good value. Food was all lovely and we had a really pleasant evening. I've been here before quite a few times and will certainly come back.

Ate here last night with my friends. The place was quite busy for a Thursday and there were still groups arriving at 9.30. When we arrived the first floor was full so they opened the next floor. It was cold initially but that was to be expected. We each had starters and a main course and it was very reasonable. The prawn tempura is really good! Each of us were very happy with our choices and even though the curries were spicier than expected we still enjoyed eating them. Only slight criticism was that the service was slow but I assume it was because they were quite busy and we were on the next floor. Will be back though as it's worth it for very good thai food.

Absolutely fab spot for lunch. Great value, 8euro/8.50 for a huge portion, the red curry is fantastic. So tasty. Plenty of rice to go around. Service can be a little slow in a large group, but that wouldn't put me off. I'll be going back again soon.

A large group of us went for lunch and all were happy. The thai red curry was a popular choice. It was hot and tasty. Plenty of rice was given for the table. The service was quick and efficent and prices very reasonable. No wonder the place was busy!

Seven of us ate here for the early bird. I chose the restaurant because of the location only as there was an event close. Not having eaten here before or had Baan Thai recommended to me I was anxious to see how it would go. I had no need to worry at all. We were prompltly seated and had a mixture of tasty starters. The early bird had a lot of combinations but I went for the Beef Red Curry ( quite hot ) that was delicious. We were told we could have as much rice as we wanted and it kept coming. We didnt have desert as we were full such were the helpings. Seven starters and seven mains with drinks all for less than €180. Great find and recommended.

If you want really good Thai food, this is the place to go. I have been a patron of this place for many years. Went back last night after quite a while and was delighted at the food- the spicy seafood to duck flambe to vegetarian stirfry to prawn sweet and sour to squid salad to tiger prawns in cashewnut- each dish was excellent and very tasty. Service was quick, and on the mark. All in all, a very delightful evening- especially for those who are in the mood for some flavour and taste and true Thai cuisine.

I ate here with my wife and had a very enjoyable meal. The service was excellent but not intrusive. The Mixed Platter for starters was excellent. I followed up with a Green Beef Curry and my wife had a Lamb Panang. The Lamb was a bit too hot for her, but they replaced it without even being asked. My Green curry was excellent. The tables were a little squashed, but that didn't interfere with the overall enjoyment. Looking forward to my next visit already !

The lunchtime menu offers great value for money and there is an excellent choice. The food is delicious and I have never been disappointed with any of my choices. They also do a great early bird, but unfortunately it is only offered between 5.30pm to 6.30pm. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a lovely authentic feel about it.I would highly recommend a visit.

This is a great little restaurant. The waiters are friendly and efficient and the décor makes the room interesting and cosy rather than feeling small. We had a really enjoyable meal, everything was very tasty although my boyfriend's beef with thai vegetables was far too garlicky for me. I would also say the banana fritters weren't great either. They were covered in the same batter as the tempura prawns and it didn't really work. Overall though it was a nice experience and we'd definitely go back. The mains could do with being a euro or two cheaper though.

It was my first visit but I was sorry I waited so long to go, my bf and I enjoyed every bite and the service was excellent. I will undoubtedly return. I wasn't that adventurous with it being my first visit but I'm encouraged to try more because the basics were spot on. It's small but quaint and perfect for an intimate dinner. It's not too expensive but by the rate that restaurants are giving deals/cutting prices etc these days it could probably do a bit more but that's only if I'm nit picking. I wish they did better value take away too because I'd order all the time then. (they only offer 20% off the sit down menu.) Overall, excellent food and evening in general. I'm hungry just thinking about it!

Fantasic restaurant with a great value lunch menu. The phad thai is fabulous as are the chicken skewers. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I wanted a mix of chicken and prawn in my phad thai and this was no problem. My friends ordered the duck red curry and the beef broccoli and were very impressed. Would be making this a regular

This is a fab little place. I've been here on many occasions for lunch. They have a cheap lunch deal that's delicious and served quickly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Satay chicken skewers are to die for! Make sure you check it out. Plenty of food served at a reasonable price and you won't be leaving hungry. Wine was cheap also which was good to see. I must try it out for dinner!

I reviewed this restaurant a year or so ago but thought I should do so again as this really is one of my favourite restaurants in Ireland. The service is always friendly, the food is faultless, the quantities are very generous and the prices are still low. I would recommend this restaurant for any type of event, any time!

Four of us had lunch in Baan Thai and it was just as good as we remembered from last time. The menu is excellent and good value. It's always busy at lunchtime - a very good sign. The staff are friendly and always ready to help with recommendations on the menu. Great location and all round a good venue for food and a chat.

Had a lovely family meal in here on Sunday night. Nice buzz about the place with people in from the match. Very friendly staff who didn't fuss over us too much. My veg tempura was lovely, though the portions overwhelmed me. My duck sweet basil was served extra spicy but, when I pointed out that I had not ordered it that way, it was replaced without demur. I thought 27 euro for the Riesling was a very fair price. Everyone enjoyed the meal, including our vegetarian and we agreed it's one of our favourite places. At 147 euro for four people with two bottles of wine I thought the value was outstanding. This one is a definite banker.

Outstanding food from a varied menu. On our table we had wonton soup with prawn and a crisp piece of spring onion to add bite, and the sharing entre platter which was very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their mains, which had lots of veges and sauce. The squid was perfectly cooked, the duck was not overly fatty. Be warned that the food may be spicer than at some places. The tables were very close together, so is best in a group or for a non romantic occassion. Up stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues, especially with the tables so close together.

As for me, Baan Thai is the best Thai restaurant in dublin.I had a dinner there last month on my first day of Ramadan fasting. Tomyam goong and three flavoured sea bass are so delicious. And dont forget to have banana fritters as your dessert. The restaurant is a bit small and cramped but the taste wont disappoint you.

Mine was a take away so the atmosphere relates to the feel of the place as i collected! Anyway, the food was good, I love their Pad Thai, my wife had green chicken curry which she said was very good. Why dont they redcue prices for take aways though..too pricy for take home food. Have sat in there too and always had a good (if a little close to other tables which can lead to interesting eavsdropping!) experience.

This is some of the best thai food I have had in Dublin and the best thing is that you can order Thai dishes that are not even on the menu. We were informed of this but the friendly staff. Had a whole steamed fish which was so delicous and a squid salad, larb with chicken, prawns with garlic and black peber. The only thing that was not a hit with us was the beef pad kaprow. Have had that better in other restaurants. But everything else was so good that we will definately be back soon.

I had booked this for Valentine's Day as I was looking for a Thai place we had not tried before and Baan Thai came well recommended. On arriving first we were shown to a fairly cramped corner of upstairs. Once seated it wasn't a problem but you wouldn't want to be having a private conversation. The waiter explained to us and the table beside that he had been out the night before and was hung-over so that is why he was taking time with getting our orders. Not a problem though as we were not going anywhere after. The food arrived and the soup was a fairly standard Mushroom Thai Veg with button mushrooms. Tasted fine, as did the duck I had for mains. The fried rice was not the best but adequate. All told the food was good and made the meal enjoyable but nothing to write home about. That said, at the price being paid, I suspect it couldn't have been better. We paid under a hundred euro (without the tip) even though we had a €40 bottle of wine.

I always enjoy eating here, the food is fabulous. I got a carrot starter which was ok. Very sour and spicy. For my main course I got beef with fresh chillis extra spicy. It was really tasty. I had boiled rice and chips to accompany it. My friend got beef salad for starters very tasty. They got beef with roasted sweet chilli sauce, this too was extremly nice. We got the house white wine which was a Sauvignon Blanc Chile, very nice wine. Atmosphere and service was great, will definetly be returning

I have eaten here once or twice for lunch and it was very nice. The restaurtant allows you phone ahead and reserve and place your order so that there is little waiting time when you get there. This is a great facility for people who are under pressure for time on their lunch break. When we arrived the table was ready and the food got there very quick,. The tables are so close together, its crazy but surprisingly the atmosphere is good and there is a very cosy feel. The best thing about it was the main course - which was very generuous in size was only €8/9, excellent value :)

Unlike many other Thai restaurants, Baan Thai does not pander to a weak palate. The food here is hot, spicy and delicoius. I had the corn cake to start and green curry vegetables for my main course. Both left my mouth tingling with firey delight. My only complaint was the tables are much too close, making privacy impossible.

Food excellent. Atmosphere not great, tables way too close together and everytime waiter came by to another table you had to move your arms in, move chair. Also no privacy as the tables are nearly on top of each other. But this is only minor the food is superb and will definitely be back. But they could remove a few tables!!!

Ate here recently following Top Gear Live at the RDS food was great - much Dublin Thai food is very mild but Bann Thai has some great spicy dishes. Starter mixed platter is good and doesn't taste like it's been sitting around as a week - prawn toast is amazing. Sevice was good although the resturant was crazy busy. The best of the Bann Thai's in my opinion.

Have only ever been here for lunch as I work nearby but the food is fantastic and the atmosphere superb so am looking forward to next week when myself and the girls are heading out for a girlie meal. On the lunch front, the lunch menu is great value, 3 of us had starters mains and a bottle of wine and it came to €70 and that was including tip. the portions are proper portion size too, not sccaled down lunch size ones that you can get in other restaurants. The staff are friendly and eager to please. Can be a bit busy between 1 and 1.30 if you are looking to get out quickly but go that little earlier and it wont be a problem. Its well worth a visit but be advised to book!!

Have to say this is one of Dublin's well kept secrets the fact that it also in my book the best thai food in Dublin also helps. Dont let the dark interior put you off the minute you experience the authentic thai food you will be blown away. I have been here way too many times to remember but every time has been a wonderful experience. I was lately here at a friends birthday and there were 20 of us, the waiter suggested that we had a kind of a tasting menu rather than everyone ordering separate dishes this was very successful, especially when it came to the bill being paid, the service as usual was excellent and the price even better. This restaurant defintely belongs in the Dublin top ten ......

Work in locaility so often go for a lunch time treat. Great value for meney and portions are just about right for a lunch time menu. 2 course for around 12 euro .. where can you go wrong. Also went at the weekend. As another reviewer said the menu is large but you will find always something you like. Service can be a bit slow especially @ lunctimes

This is a favourite restaurant of mine. I have eaten here on many occasions for lunch, although not as often for evening meals. While the dining areas are not spacious, they are relatively comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly, competetent and helpful. The lunch menu is extremely good value but you will need a reservation because it's usually very busy. The food is extremely tasty, strong flavours where you expect them, subtle where that is the requirement. The menu is extensive and even though I've probably eaten here 25 or 30 times in the past 2.5 years, I don't think I've ever been disappointed. It's a great place to bring a group of visiting colleagues or friends because of the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here on a Saturday night, with no reservation, and despite the restaurant being packed, we were seated quickly. The staff gave us 1.5hrs to dine (as they obviously had reservations to cater for) - but that didn't bother us in the least, as the service was prompt, food was delicious, atmosphere was cosy and we weren't being hounded or ushered out the door. We dined in perfect comfort at our own leisure. Highly recommend this place for couples looking for an intimate dinner. Will definitely be back again. Two thumbs up.

I visited this restaurant on Thursday 7th August and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the standard of the service. We didn't have a reservation but luckily got a table. The food was good quality and well presented. The staff were professional and attentive i.e. topping up water without having to ask and before it ran out. It was a pleasure to visit this restaurant after having recently visited other Thai restaurants in dublin which are well below standard! Keep up the good work!

I work in ballsbridge and this restaurant is a favourite for lunch - €15 or so for 3 courses is fantastic! The only thing to say about the food is that the majority of the starters are deep fried so you're better off getting soup or salad - the coconut soup with prawns/chicken is fantastic. I always get the prawn phad thai here I love it. For lunch the service can be quite slow though- we usually fax over our order and when we get there the starters are out quite quick but there is a big delay in getting the mains out. Ive been here for dinner once and the menu is so large it can be hard to choose. Its a bit cramped but overall a nice restaurant.

I'm shocked this place gets such good ratings. I went there for a work night last year and was unimpressed. Recently, I decided to try again but chose to get a take out from here. I had chicken and chasew nut stir fry, the chicken was awful. It was discoloured and tasted stale. A smile was definitly not included in the service and it was completely overpriced.

I'm not sure they could fit more people in here if they tried, and it always feels slightly rushed... but the food is great and service always friendly. I went in recently just as they were closing, and they went out of their way to make us a take away when they could easily have said no. The food is clean and flavoursome just as thai should be

We went here for a birthday celebration. There were 3 of us and yet again we found another restaurant that wants to rush you out as there are 2 sittings. Our starters were lovely so all was going well apart from the fact we were cramped upstairs in the overflow room. 2 of us ordered sea bass which looked great but was cold and my other friend had ordered prawns which were also cold. When we told our waiter our main courses were cold. We got no apology and the 3 main courses were taken away from the table with a tut. I would have expected some sort of an appology from someone as our waiter seemed a bit inexperenced. I should mention our rice came piping hot to the table and the extra vegetables we ordered were also cold? At this stage we were rushed to leave the table for the next 9 pm sitting so they missed out on a dessert order and tea or coffee. It was a shame as we would have liked to order something as it was for a birthday celebration and we were ready to ask for some candles in one of the desserts. I had been to this restaurant before and had no complaint so maybe because it was a rugby match night it's all too busy for them to cope.

I went last night for a quasi business dinner. It was my first time there, even though I work just down the street. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the "just right" attentions of the staff. I had the duck flambé and it really was great!

Had lunch here during the week and very much enjoyed it. The lunch menu is excellent value and high quality. The small dining room did not really matter so much for lunch, but I would say that they could improve the service speed. 1 hour was not really enough time for starter and main course, felt a little rushed towards the end. Will be returning for dinner very soon.

Have eaten pleasant meals here in the past, but feel that the standard has slipped in every way. It was always a problem that the tables are FAR too close together for comfort and ease of movement. However, the food has really deteriorated. The best I can say is that the meal was mediocre - even though there was lots of it. Service started off ok, but went down hill after that, with a waiter trying to remove my plate while I was still eating! It was obvious they wanted to get rid of us, as people were waiting at the door. Baan Thai - don't take your customers for granted! A new restaurant could snatch away all your efforts in the past!

I'd heard that this place was good, so I was very let down. We didn't have a reservation so were shunted up the stairs to the attic, which was quite cold. I ordered the Spicy Prawn Coconut Soup, she had the Prawn Cakes. Both average at best. For the mains she had the Lamb Panang Curry, was the better of the 2, I had the Chicken with Roast Sweet Chili Sauce, which was disappointing. Based on the whole experience, I wouldn't waste my money here again.

I have to say that I agree with most of the previous comments. The food is excellent but the tables are far too close. I was so close to the couple next to us I could hear them whisper to each other. It's a pity because other than the cramped seating - this place is great!

This is a great place to go for a casual meal out. The small cosy dining room means there's never a bland atmosphere, although it can be hard to get a table when there are concerts in the RDS across the road. The food is tasty and the portions are very generous, particularly the massive starter of vegetable tempura for a fiver, overall very good value for money.

I loved this restaurant. It's like stepping into a Thai home. It is comfortable, quiet and very relaxed. The staff are reserved and helpful, always smiling as Thai folks always do. The food was beautiful and really did taste of authentic Thai dishes. Spicy, tangy and sweet in all the right places. There was also a good selection of dishes on the menu. I cannot comment on the prices as someone else paid!!!

I have been to this restaurant a few times and while the food is delicious the service and atmosphere are lacking. Firstly, whenever I ring to book I am almost certain to get this response "we have two sittings for dinner, one at seven o'clock and one at nine o'clock". That really gets my mind wandering whether I am booking a table in a restaurant or about to enter a residential school with designated times for eating! Secondly, the tables are packed in to get as much sitting in a very small space. Thirdly, the service is quite slow. I have to give them credit for the food, which is certainly delectable, but it does not quite make up for the inconvenience.

I brought my wife and three kids along for an early evening meal, having reserved the table by phone just a half-hour earlier. No waiting for a table, it was ready when we arrived. It's a small dining area, tables closely packed together. Service was reasonably prompt, and helpful. The starters were a bit disappointing - we ordered the platter option, and everything on it had the look of having been taken out of a deep-fat fryer, though in fairness the portions were tasty. The mains were good; we all ordered various seafood meals. The giant prawns in tamarind were genuinely giant ... approaching lobster proportions. My only real gripe with the place was the toilets upstairs, which were small and not terribly well kept. Otherwise it was a good restaurant and I'd happily go back.

I came here on Saturday night with one of my friends. We phoned them around 8.00pm and they said we could come in for 9.00pm. We got there and were seated straight away. I loved the decor but the tables are quite close together, you would want to watch what you were talking about as you can hear most people’s conversations. We ordered a bottle of wine and got told by a couple beside us that the Angel Wings were really good, so we got them and then I ordered chicken with garlic and pepper (with added chillies) and my friend ordered Sweet and sour chicken. The food was amazing! The wings were great but my main was superb! I tried some of my friends sweet and sour and it was gorgeous! Not gluggy at all (like you can get some places) it was delish! I would recommend it to anyone and will be going back for sure!!

Really liked this restaurant when I ate there for the first time last weekend. It was a Saturday night and we only had the table for 9PM but we were told this upfront. The tables are close together but luckily the table we were given was in an alcove so it had a little more distance from its neighbour. The menu is extensive, I went for fish cakes (which were a little rubbery) and the boyf went for tempura, which was fab, the sauces for both were tasty. Main course we went for red curry, mine with chicken and his with beef. Both were divine. The service was unobtrusive but very friendly and competent. Will go back.

This has to be the WORST restaurant I have visited in Ireland! I am a believer that you can tell a restaurant by its entrance and surroundings! As we walked in and up the stairs you could see the dust on the well-worn carpet and the dirt all up the skirting boards, which had obviously been there for some time. The tables to close together and we were sat in the corner near the till. As we seated in the dimmed light, which was to set the mood we noticed the cutlery on the table was old, worn, and along the side of the spoon was sharp? We ordered veg spring rolls, which were tasteless, and some kind of soup, which was spicy as it was meant to be. Are main courses were seasonal veg with crushed garlic in oyster sauce again veg were tasteless???? My dinning partner ordered the soup followed by a dish with seasonal veg, when this arrived there was just Pak Choi and yet again this was tasteless. The time reached 11:35 and then there was terrible clanging coming from the bar section, I mentioned the noise to the waitress and she said there was nothing she could do as the guy behind the counter had to sort out the empty bottles, she smiled and walked off. The final thing I have to say is that the receipt came out with a red stamp on it saying service was not included, well I can certainly say it was not included. Would I visit this restaurant again? NO!

Pretty average restaurant, small tables which are exceedingly close together, food was ok, spicy prawn crackers were nice to nibble on before the meal and got a decent amount, had a red vegetable curry (nice but nothing special) and partner had crispy duck with tamarind (tasty but a bit to much crisp and not enough duck!).

The food here is great, the portions are great, I had the curry which was very tasty, had a carrot salad to start which was exactly that and not much else. The dessert was very tasty, lots of chocolate and mousse, the service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. The interior design is a little old but I didn't think it was tatty, it almost added to the atmosphere. Great place to go with friends.

I recently ate here & I have to say it was really nice! The food was great & the service was excellent. The only drawbacks are how close the tables are to each other & the bathroom facilities, there was only one female toilet that I could see in the entire place. I would definitely go back in spite of these though.

Best Thai food in Dublin bar none. Forget Diep Le Shaker and all the rest. The only drawback to this great place is the rather cramped seating arrangements. They do however do take away food if you come and collect it. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

I love the food here, I love Thai food and this has been my favourite in Dublin since I found it, I regularly used papaya and siam Thai but since eating here I have never gone back, definitely recommend it.

Staff are very pleasant and bring you back to the roots of Thai hospitality unlike there sister venue in Leopardstown, which the staff i found very pushy and you feel like you on a conveyor belt (just a number) the food was very authentic and full of freshness but it still lacks in quality and quantity compared to Siam Thai ( only a block away) I suppose you pay for what you get and this is very true in this case.

Try the chicken and coconut soup to start, I could drink a bucket of that! The red duck curry has always been my favourite main course. The chicken green curry is excellent as well. It offers excellent value for money on the lunch menu, but it can get very crowded and the tables are fairly close together. The service is always pleasent and prompt, and occasionally crazy :)
