When we went in on our lunch it was packed, we asked to order straight away and how quick would we get our food and was told 25mins. It came in 20mins and everything was perfect. The food has improved since the last time I was here, and the service was spot on. Will definitly go here again.

I hadn't been here for a while so I was thrilled to see the new improved menu and all the special offers.
Despite the offers however, we decided to just order bits and pieces from the regular menu and we weren't disappointed. I love the char grilled corn on the cob, the burgers we both chose were delicious, as were the onion rings. And there are free refills on soft drinks so my sister was happy!
And I'm also pleased to say that they have improved their fries, which for me was probably the only down side previously. Gone are the horrible frozen variety, and in with the chunkier, hand cut version - much nicer!
€30 for everything we had, so definitely didn't break the bank! Will be back more often in future!

Food was delicious. We went for the meal deal, a burger, fries and drink for a tenner! We also ordered the fried onions rings between us as a starter, they were half price at 1.50euro. There was no atmosphere even though there was a god buzz in the shopping centre (it was a Wednesday evening). Definitely cheap and cheerful. We will return again for convenience and value for money and food.

I came here last night slightly after 6. Service which we received from waitress was very good, they were very helpul, but i was so not impressed with the manager, as she was the one who sat us down, she just threw the menus on the table and left. We felt weird sitting there and she gave all the looks from the bar area. Didnt smile, and we felt like she was annoyed we are there. thankfully the waitress who took our order explained the menu and specials. we all went just for ordinary burgers with extras as were advised and it really made our bill. Food was delish!!! The atmosphere of the restaurant wasnt the best too, it was missing something, more smile, more communication, we really didnt feel comfortable. I wouldnt complain, but such inhospitable behavior is neither in the best interest of the customer not your restaurant. What do you do when faced with such circumstances? Should you just settle the bill and leave, never to visit again? Or should you call the manager or write to the even higher authority regarding the problem? In this case i have no bad feelings towards staff, but the management, but wouldnt contact higher authority, but if it keeps going like that someone else will. I will defo come back but id rather go elsewhere in town.

I arrived here with 2 children, not the original plan, and felt so comfortable wih the attention I received. The girls both ordered from the children's menu but revised that when the waitress steered them in a better direction. Only one child ordered from it and the other was advised to take food from the deal I ordered. It reduced our bill, food was delish and the waitress got a good tip! Also means we will return. Any chance of one opening in or around Clontarf???????

I swore after the last experience here we wouldnt go back but we visited here last thursday evening as the restaurant wasnt too busy so we were hopeful of good service - we were seated quickly by a friendly waitress and handed menus explaining how to order, etc. Then we were left sitting there for 20 minutes without our order being taken despite trying to get peoples attention people who came in after us were waited on before us!
We went for the €10 special which is brilliant value and when the food arrived it was fresh and hot. (Burger, fries and a drink)
I like the food but im so unimpressed by the service we wont be going back again.

I have been to this GBK several times and have never had a fully enjoyble experience. I recieved luke warm chips, a poorly dressed burger. I felt totally ripped off. No effort was made to try satisfy me or correct the situation, I was told this was the standard dressing amount of lettuce/sauce ect, yet previous visits there I had never recived such poor scrimping fillings.
The staff unfortunitly are not very attentive or friendly. I have had times were I would only be half way through an appitizer/starter and my main meal is brought down dropped on the table and the waitress to have disappeared. I have never been in this resturant when it has been completely packed or when the waitress has been under pressure so I cannot understand why this happens. I also find it very hard to get the waitresses/waitors attention should one need anything extra for the table as the staff seem to all stand and chat behind the counter. This has also left food ready at times has been left on the pass under the hot lamps (the reason I recieved cold food on my last visit).

have eaten here on numerous occasions, both in the swords restaurant, and also in temple bar and dun laoghaire. for anyone who really likes burgers, this place is a must! i had the mexican burger on this occasion, which is just so so big!! salsa, guacamole, sour cream, aswell as the standard lettuce/tomato/relish that comes with every burger. Delicious! The burgers can be customised also, which is great! have had this burger without the bun, and they give you a side portion of their house special coleslaw, which is quite tasty! chips are amazing, and seasoned deliciously with rosemary, which is unusual for a casual dining eatery. i would recommend the blue cheese dip to anyone who enjoys blue cheese, it is amazing! have also had the garlic mayo, which is different from any garlic mayo i have had elsewhere. delish! chicken burgers are also good, avocado and bacon is a personal favourite :) staff are very nice, very helpful, and also check back to make sure everything is ok. they are more than willing to go through the menu with you, and always make sure that you are aware of any special offers they are running. Go on, treat yourself! its delicious food, and their menu has something for everyone, guaranteed!

Was here just yesterday after a few times. Staff are great, food is really good. Burgers are huge so its great for the big eaters. I had the Pesto & Mozarrella Beef burger.... Very nice. They definately do my favourite chips out of everywhere I've eaten. Sprinkled with rosemary....makes quite a difference. Nice casual dining area and great location.
