I have visited Namaste on several occasions since moving to Smithfield. For takeaway Indian food it is tasty and fresh and I always enjoy the lamb tikka masala. Their naan bread is pretty big so a dish + rice + naan can be a bit too much food for 1 person. They do a daily special for 9.95euro thats good value. Considering the lack of takeaways in the area its good to have somewhere like Namaste to go to.

There can be a bit of a wait here sometimes as it is quite popular but it really is tasty food! We got bajis which were delish. The byriani was tasty too. Really enjoyable takeaway.

Namaste, a simple looking walk-in take-away just off the Smithfield market. The chicken tika birjani, jalfrezi and samosas were absolutely lovely. All is quite mild but definitely not the tasteless stuff you find elsewhere. The Namaste menu is staying on my fridge door for future take-aways.

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times. Very good value for money (especially being a student!) Lovely Chicken Bhuna and Rogan Josh. The Bhajis are excellent and I couldnt complain about the naans or poppadoms! Takeaway service was quick and the staff are extremely friendly and polite. It was definitely one of the best indian meals I've had in a long time.

One of the best Indian takeaways around. Tried aloo chop ( like potatoe cake but nicer). For main dish staff there recommended the aloo patan which is a vegeterian dish of potatoe and aubergine - delicous . Also ordered namaste roll 8.50 great value big portion. dont pass this without trying it. Be prepared to wait as everything is cooked fresh. Also do delivery .

This could the best Indian Take-away in Dublin. As a lover of Indian food I can only recommend this place if you only want to do a Take-away. The meat, the spices, the bread -everything is freshly made in front of your eyes. The prices are absolutely ok. I didn't try everything on their menu but all I had until now was very tasty and spicy!

This is my local Indian and it is a real gem. I have had some good and some not so good meals in here. But very few bad and I will stress that. The quality of the food here is better than some restaurants which tend to be average and tasteless. Give it a try if around d7

Read the other reviews on here and was really looking forward to my meal.... the chicken tikka masala was colourless and tasteless... over cooked chicken with tomato soup poured over... the jalfrezi was very mild not as bad as the masala but still not impressed!!! I will not even talk about the Naan bread - was like eating a slice of stale slice pan.... Do not waste your time or money (ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON)

Love this Indian. Often order from it and it’s always great. Looks dodgy but don’t let that fool you! Used to live near it and there were always people inside. Staff are very nice too. I recommend the jalfrezi and pasanda. Delivery is quite fast as well!

This is the best Indian take away in Dublin. They only do take away. The (Aloo Patan) aubergine and potato is great - never saw it anywhere else, other places take note - add this to your menus. Also the Prawn Karahi and Chicken Hyderabadi are great choices. One downside - the naan bread isn't great, but the Chana Pilau (pilau rice with chickpeas) is great.

My boyfriend and I order in from Namaste quite often. The food is delicious -- the chicken tikka masala especially. Delivery is prompt as well. I recommend giving Namaste a try.

Another Indian! This time it’s a take away. And it’s as good as any sit down Indian I have ever had. You can either call and collect or they will deliver. I don’t really live too far from where they are based so the delivery times are always quite prompt! I went for a chicken tikka masala and a garlic naan (I was feeling fruity).and it was delicious. So if you don’t want to go out to a restaurant but want restaurant quality food? This is your place. Enjoy!
