The food here was so disappointing. The spaghetti bolognaise was a tin of chopped tomatoes thrown over a tiny bit of mince, with soaking wet spaghetti. The garlic bread was worse than anything you could make at home. The pizza was enjoyed by my teenage nephew but it's hard to get pizza wrong! We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet The staff were inattentive and ambivilant. I will not be returning.

Small intimate palce great cosy atmosphere. Menu has something for everyone pasta, pizza, steaks, chicken dishes most of which I have tried at this stage have not been let down. Starters where very tasty Pir-Pri prawns served with fresh baked bread, Goats Chesse burchetta. Main Corses were a chicken pasta dish whch was served with a side of garlic bread and a rack of lamb which was srved with a choice of potatoes fresh veggies and a lovely mint gravy the plates were cleared. To wash it down we had a lovey bottle of Chanti the bill was €80 very reasonable and a very enjoyable meal again!!

Six of us headed here after the Skerries motorcycle races last Saturday and glad we booked in advance because it was full. The tables & chairs are quite close as its not too big a place either but the atmosphere is pretty good and typically Italian styled. We shared starters of garlic prawns, bruschetta with sun-dried tomato and pesto, and some pate on toast. They were produced pretty quick which was good as we were pretty hungry. You can get a good Shiraz red wine and a Pinot Grigio white at about 18.50 each which is good value also. Four of us had pizzas of different filling types. The bases are thin and crusty and were well made as this is their speciality for take-away also. The other two of us had pasta dishes, one a tagliatelle with smoked bacon, garlic & mushrooms, the other a penne with beef steak strips (deglazed with Irish Whiskey whatever that means?), also with mushrooms and coriander. The steak pieces were a bit chewy though. All dishes were cleared and all enjoyed their fare. Coffees all round and our bill was €170 which was easily affordable.

Garlic bread was nice.Fillet steak had fat, which i havent seen before, the baked potatoe was over cooked. The veg was not fully drained of water and the pepper sauce was watery and very salty. The second main we got was lasgane which was over cooked and was not freshly made,it was square and was presented in an oval dish.when we got the billl it took along time to be collected because the waitress was busy,so as a man before me went to the counter to pay, the manager who was beside counter served this man,but when i went to the counter to pay the manager completly ignored me and i continued to wait at the conter til the waitress was ready to serve me.I felt stereo-typed as we are a young couple.I will not be taken my custom here again.

I visit here quite regularly and always have a pleasant experience. It is great value for money and the service is very good. The early bird is great value and definately worth a try. I favour their pizzas, the mexicana in particular. The mozerella springrolls are a little too greasy for my taste. Although the chicken tandoori starter is delicious. Will be returning here.....

We tend to go here when looking for somewhere to eat at the last minute as the food is very reasonably priced and the staff are generally really nice. I had the mozarella spring rolls - very tasty & the chicken broccoli tagliatelle - good too. Lasagne didn't go down well tho.. Very good value overall.

A nice restaurant, with great value. The early bird was really great value which was €15.95 for 2 Courses. The Bruchetta Al Pomodoro was good to start and I got Tandoori Chicken pizza for main. Its hard to get prefection for €15.95 for two courses but everything was not bad. Im not a local, but if the opportuinity presented itself again I would return.

Well it ws a long time since I ate is Past Pizza! And as usual I was not disappointed! We did not have a reservation but we were given a table! The restraunt was noisey but our food order was taken swiftly and served as quick. The food was tasty and warm washed down with a glass of chainti mmmmm just lovely. I found the portions of food just a tad small but overall ... another nice journey with the crew in Pasta Pizza. I will be back soon!

I have dined in this restaurant on a few occasions and I will visit it on many more. The food is always lovely the mozzarella spring rolls are lovely and a must have. This restaurant offers a lovely meal at a great price. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff offer great service. I would recommed this restaurant to everyone for any occasion.

I'd recommend here for a takeaway, didn't realise they did takeaway until recently! Food was delicious, pizza base nice and thin and stayed hot for ages. Garlic Bread portion was much bigger than expected too. Will definitely order out again!

Ate in Pasta Pizza the other day and found the experience to be very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and the place was very cosy and warm. The food was very very enjoyable. We had mozzerella spring rolls to start and pizza for mains. And the wait between courses was perfect. Just enough time to relax after the previous course. And the price was very reasonable. All under 40 euro for two people including a glass of wine and desert. The only downfall I would say the place has is you can see the staff messing in the kitchen and sitting up on the worktops when the door to the kitchen opened. Other than that GREAT!!!

I was only here once and will not be returning any time soon. We arrived and sat at our table for 20 minutes before even being asked would we like a menu - and it wasnt because they were busy! After ordering meal including a bottle of wine we had to wait another 20 minutes before having to ask where our wine was. We felt like leaving but were too hungy. The food was average at besand the bill felt very dear after all this. I heard from other people that this restaurant was great in the past but it must have lost its charm??

I love Pasta Pizza. I have been many times and have never had a bad meal. The Mozarella spring rolls are a delicious starter and the steaks are always good and cooked to perfection. The staff are always helpful and will always try to accomodate you, even without a booking. The restaurant always has a great selection of desserts and a good specials board. You are never waiting long for your food. This is my favourite restaurant in the area for a satisfying meal, I always know I will come out nicely filled and happy. I would definitely recommend pasta pizza to anyone looking for a good quality meal.

I have eaten in Pasta Pizza a couple of times now and although I do agree partly on the service, the food is superb and the owner is a lovely guy. I would reccommend this place if you are in the area as I am sure you will agree with the quality of food....

We ate here last night. It wasn't very enjoyable. Although it was quite and not busy the waiting staff were reading the newspaper in the dining area and the kitchen door was open and you could hear all about the weekend antics of the staff. The food was nice but the staff lacked a professional attitude and was by far not an enjoyable evening because of that. Very disappointed

Have never actually eaten in the restaurant so can't comment on atmosphere or service, but have had take away from it often and it is undoubtably my favourite. Everything I've ever ordered has been divine. And it is great value too. Always look forward to getting my take away from them.

Not overly impressed! The good points I like about this restaurant are: the waiting staff are friendly, decent choise of wines, and intmate layout (although can sometimes be cramped). On a recent visit I ordered a meat-ball starter which arrived luke-warm, the main course was then served with only one portion of potatoes, the second portion being served 10 minutes later on a saucer!, The food is generally expensive for the restaurant, and served with no imagination or flair. I would rate this restaurant as ordinary.

I've eaten here a number of times over the years. The prices are quite expensive and the menu hasn't varied a great deal. There are however always specials on offer. Chicken arribiata is always very tasty. I have gotten this as a take-away also and doesn't disappoint. The pizzas are so so. The base could be a little lighter and crispier. The wine list could really do with a revamp. I do like Pasta Pizza but the prices would turn me off a little

Had dinner here a few weeks ago. I love Skerries so I often head over here for a relaxing evening and try to sample different restaurants every time. Pasta Pizza is a cosy little restaurant with efficient and pleasant staff. The food is pretty tasty and the service is good. The Prawn (with peri peri) starter is particularly great. Overall I love this little place, it has charm, atmosphere, good service and tasty food. Although in saying that I'm not a pizza person so I can't comment on the pizza end of the business. Only negative comment I would have is that the chairs are not very comfortable (slippy polished wooden cottage table type chairs).

I used to go here a lot but the food quality went downhill so I hadn't been in a while. The spring rolls are lovely for starters, always got pizza for main as the one time I got the four cheese pasta I wasn't mad on it. The Pizzas are good, the Cajun chicken seems to have lost the Cajun sauce that's supposed to be on the base also a few other ingredients missing from the description on the menu and that has happened the last few times we visited this restaurant. The food is good nearly all the time, house white is good, staff are friendly. The kitchen aren't the best at being accommodating, ingredients wont be swapped around, I love the spring roll starter but I can only eat half of it because sun dried tomatoes make me ill and they wont give two of the other ones??

Always a safe bet. Is a fairly small place and when it's busy it can feel a little squashy with tables a little small & close together. However there is still a cosy atmosphere and the food more than makes up for it. Fabulous caesar salad and the pizzas are gorgeous. Would recommend the spring rolls to start, gorgeous and just the right portion sizes. The menu has a great range of dishes, from the usual Italian stuff to a few things a little different. Good tirimasu!

I have only eaten in here once and I found the service quite poor. The staff were too busy fawning over their 'regulars' to pay attention to us and when I asked for parmesan I got a filthy look and it practically thrown at me! Having said that we often get takeaways from the very reasonably priced menu and I think the pasta is delicious. Not so keen on the pizzas though.

Eat in or takeaway - either way the food is excellent and prices reasonable. It can be difficult to get a table since the restaurant is small but very popular - advise booking in advance. I've also phoned in an order to collect (they don't deliver). Absolutely love the food.

My wife and I were frequent and happy visitors to this restaurant but had to - with great reluctance - take a vow of abstinence last year because of dreadful service. We had made a booking by phone for Friday night; the only slot available was 9.30 but we took it and agreed to take an earlier time if it emerged due to a cancellation. No call came through so we arrived about ten minutes after the appointed time to be met by this bizarre and flustered performance by the (I think) head waiter who seemed to be accusing us of bending the rules - the booking was off he was suggesting as we did not turn up earlier when a vacancy had arisen. It was hard to do this without any notice! My reading of the situation was that our arrival inconvenienced his, and possibly others', plans for the evening by our prolonging of the night for staff but his terrible manners and lack of any appreciation for previous custom took us aback. I didn't make a point then because I was totally surprised by his behaviour and actually felt it was so sort of attempt at a joke. Anyway, we put it to one side and had our meal which was good as usual but then one of the waitresses, also foreign, leaning over while collecting dishes, let a fork drop on to my friend's wine glass, breaking it in the process. We are not precious about these situations but she scarcely looked bothered and offered to replace the wine with some house red - the spilt wine was not a house red however but a more expensive label. There was no reduction in the bill later or a token gesture beyond the house red replacement. Previously I found staff, on the whole, to be very good. It put us completely off and we've only been back once. A shame but such appalling service should not be tolerated.

Was there for a group booking and the service was fine, although we did go mid week. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we had a variety of all dishes. Lasagne was very tasty.

WE have visited Pasta pizza on a few occasions. This particular night there were 4 adults. We were seated at a table that was too small for 4 adults in our opinion. The food is always very nice and the service is always good. Will return again and again however if there are more than 3 people I would be requesting to be seated at a larger table.

Lovely seaside restaurant, amazing pasta dishes and nicest pizzas this side of Dublin. Service can be slow, always full so we've learned to book ahead!

I've been to this restaurant a couple of times. The first time the food and service was good but the bill was a bit on the expensive side for this type of restaurant. The second time was quite a disaster. We ordered our food and waited for about three quarters of an hour for our starters to arrive, we eventually saw the waiter approaching us but with our main courses!! We explained to him that we had not even got our starters yet. It got sorted out and eventually we managed to eat both courses - it was the longest time we have ever sat in a restaurant! The restaurant is small so I cannot understand how such a mess up would occur, we never even got offered a free drink or money off the bill at the end, which I thought, was very bad.

Very cosy little place. Nice pizza. Had a steak here a few times, always overcooked. A little bit pricey for what you get. I wouldn't be running back here.
