4.5 Restaurant Ten Fourteen 4.5 star review:
The all day menu is good value. The food is good. The only thing I found wrong with the food was that there was too much of it! The roast beef portion was very dig and I found this a little off-putting. However the food was really tasty. We visited on a Sunday evening, and it ws very busy. I would go here again

3.0 Restaurant Ten Fourteen 3.0 star review:
This place has definitely gone downhill from when it first opened. My wife ordered the prawn special as a starter - this comprised of four prawns (small ones) + some salad leaves - all for the slightly scandalous price of 9.95!. My starter was fish cakes which were deep fried and looked and tasted processed. Mains were a bit better - fish and chips and pork belly. The pork belly had good flavour although the skin was not crispy like it should have been. The panna cotta dessert was more like a creme brulee but nice all the same. Overall, it's pleasant enough food, but not remotely worth the prices.

3.5 Restaurant Ten Fourteen 3.5 star review:
I ate at this restaurant with my husband on a Saturday night and found that right from the off the welcome and the service were lovely. The menu had a reasonable variety as we really like fish though I'm not sure how you would feel if you didn't. We ordered wings and salad for starter and both were quite nice. We followed this with the special of seabass which was especially tasty. All in all we would probably describe the overall experience as pleasant and it helps to know your money is going to a good cause. I'd probably enjoy it more if the ambience was a bit better - tables separated out a bit better and not sitting beside a corridor. Good value for money.

Always recommend Restaurant 1014 to friends looking for a good value tasty meal. Have been here 3 times and have enjoyed everything each time! To give you an idea a 3 course meal for 2 people with coffee and 1 glass of wine came in at €61! Fish dishes are always great. Salmon with mash and red pepper spicy sauce is my favourite, you get a generous darn of salmon too. Proceeds from the restaurant go to the charity CASA who also have a little book & coffee shop upstairs.

3.5 Restaurant Ten Fourteen 3.5 star review:
We have been here a few times and always enjoyed it. This time I had battered fish and it was not great. The batter was soggy and thick. My wife had steak which was ordered rare and came out blue. The prawn starter was very good but the main courses let the reputation of the restaurant down. I had desert which was fine and the bill was reasonable. Don't know if we go back in a hurry.

4.0 Restaurant Ten Fourteen 4.0 star review:
Have eaten here a good few times with friends from work, always at lunch time. It is always full so they are obviously doing something right. The food is good quality and tasty. My only compliant is that it could serve more sandwiches and salads at lunchtime as the only real option is mail courses. I had the chicken burger with gorgeous chunky chips and my two friends had the lasagne which they said was very good .Reasonably priced. Service can be a little slow at times and sometimes its a rush to get back to work on time. However overall a good experience.

I really like this place just dropped in on a Saturday evening with no booking. It was very busy they would only give me a table for an 1 Hour and 15 Mins so I though well if you can feed us we would be very happy with that also. The only Table they had was at the back of the restaurtant opposite the Kitchen area. I liked being able to watch the Chefs at work. It was very noisy though if you were out for a romantic Evening I would recommend a table near the front. I had Mackerel salad to start and then the Pork Belly. The Fish starter was outstanding tasted very very fresh and the Pork was melt in the Mouth. The Staff were warm and helpful. They recommended a great Malbec €22. We were told during our main Course that we didnt need to rush the next table coming in had called to say they were running rate. I thought it was a nice touch. look forward to trying some other dishes like the fish specials next time..thumb up
