The food here is stereotypical American fare - hamburgers, ribs, fried things etc. My friend and I chose the 15euro menu - which you get 2 courses from quite a limited choice. The starter is set - onion rings and chicken wings. Quite tasty though. We both got burgers for mains, and I found my veggie burger quite dry. Also I opted for a side-salad which seemed a bit thrown together. The staff weren't super attentive - we were walked past quite a bit despite being ready to order/our plates being ready to be taken away. Also, when I finished my pepsi I asked for a glass of water, and instead of giving me a new glass, she simply took mine and filled it with water. So I received a slightly brown and pepsi tinged glass of water black. On the positive side, the memorabilia adorning the walls is fantastic and the music is great, if sometimes a tad to loud to easily chat over.

I ate here with seven friends, service very good, they were very accommodating as some of the party were late / numbers changed etc. We ended up in a private booth on the ground floor, perfect for a group like ours was. We ate off the €15 starter / mains or mains / dessert menu which was good value for money. The €5 cocktail menu went down very well also! The only slight criticism was that there was only one starter on the €15 menu, and it was chicken wings with onion rings, which was delicious but we had two vegetarians in the group and they would have liked a veggie option. Good value for money overall, will recommend.

Hosted a small end of summer party American style here on Saturday night and booked a table for ten through the website. I only found out later that one of my party was a wheelchair user and when I arrived the Hard Rock had no lift. I asked them if they could sort out a table on the ground floor if we waited and this was no problem at all. The hostess was very nice and friendly about it. In the end by the time the whole gang of us arrived and we were ready to order there was no waiting time for us at all and it was very smooth service. We all opted for the two course menu for €15 and this was fine. Burgers are all cooked the same way though and I couldn't get a medium one, only medium well. The bill came to €190 for nine of us, which was very good value considering most of us had more than one alcoholic drink. I will definitely be back. Recommended.
