Located on Camden Street and established since 1649 the Bleeding Horse is one of Dublins most historic pubs, and has been frequented over the years by literary greats such as Joyce, La Fanu, Gogarty and Dunleavy. Situated close to the City Centre, the Bleeding Horse is the ideal spot to stop off for a break during the day. If you’re hungry, we provide an excellent carvery menu, served 7 days a week from 12-3 while our delicious bar food menu is available up to 9pm A Dublin Hot Spot, we have a late bar and resident DJ every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night until 2.30am, with a live band playing on Sunday nights. For the sports fans, our giant plasma screens and TV’s will ensure you don’t miss any of the action. Our spacious pub provides an ideal setting for a respite during the day or an evening out with friends. All parties are catered for here and we can reserve areas for your group in advance. Our staff will be only to happy to meet any requirements you have. Popular with a good mix of clientele, we provide a warm and friendly atmosphere where our aim is to ensure your time spent with us is both enjoyable and memorable. Went here on Sunday afternoon to recover from a late night. There was a large group of us and our drink order was taken first. This took a while and we thought if the food order had been taken first we wouldn't have had to wait so long for our orders to appear. However, the food is tasty. I had the goat's cheese salad and it was good though the slice of actual cheese was miniscule. Nice place to go after a late night out.

The Bleeding Horse is a really brilliant pub with nice food to match. The atmosphere in here is always great in my opinion. I can people watch while my boyfriend watches football or sit with friends having a bite in one of the many cosy nooks and crannies. The food is good value and I would recommend the burgers and mash for a comfort food dinner that really hits the spot. Plus it's one of the oldest pubs in Dublin. Bit o' culture with your grub!

fairly standard pub-grub fare. good service, and a good place to catch the football while having a bite.
