Disappointing. I've been to this place a few times over the past two years with family for various different occasions, Up to yesterday the service and the food were always fantastic, never had a complaint before. Went in for pre show meal, just wanted to share a large pizza with some fries and have a couple of beers, not too difficult, right? Wrong! Unfortunately the pizza which was described as "Rustica" on the menu, including Italian sausage, pepporoni and pancetta along with buffalo mozarella. So we were a bit confused when we saw what looked to me to be cheap rashers of bacon (fat included) on it. We decided to go ahead and try it anyway, and made it roughly through one and a half to two slices each.

We were in a hurry to get to the show, and, although not unpleasant, an air of indifference seeped from the atmosphere of the wait sataff who seemed to not want to make eye contact or ask how your meal was. I would have told them jhow disappointed that I was if they had bothered asking was everything ok but no one did, even though they could quite clearly see that between two of us we'd left over half a pizza and obviously, not having had starters it was not because we were full, The pizza had an overbearing smell of bacon and oil was pooled on the top of the cheese, very unappaetising, and just seemed to me that perhaps cheaper ingredients are being used to cut corners perhaps. I left disappointed, we did not tip due to lack of service, while the staff were not unpleasant they definitely seemed to sense we weren't happy and avoided "going there". A tip to Pacinos...you should go there in future to retain custom, and get your act together with the cheap meats. I was planning on booking more family meals here this tear but after yesterday, we're looking elsewhere. The fries with garlic mayonaise were eaten, but just so so. Peroni on draft was the only mercy here. My advice after this is, jog on!

Great value lunch deal. This is the first time I've been here — I'll certainly be back. Lovely friendly guy served me (Johnny was the name on the receipt).

Dined in Pacinos from the early bird menu. We were there early 5.15 so there were not many customers. We were served promptly and staff were very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We both enjoyed our meal and would not have any hesitation dining here again

Had been here a few times for lunch as we work nearby and decided to go for the Menupages deal. We had the Italian meat and plate for starters between the two of us and it was just delicious - only problem was we were quite full after it and I made the mistake of ordering a pizza! It still didn't stop us enjoying the main course, the pizza was gorgeous with a crispy base and yummy sauce. My friend had the veal which she said was beautiful 9 i was too full to taste it). The big plus about Pacinos is the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpfu but not in an intrusive way. I've been back since and will be back again! . .

After reading the reviews decided to go to pacinos with 2 friends. We were on a budget so decided to go for the early bird. We got there at 5.30 and there was a good few people there, saw this as a good sign but we were wrong. We had to ask for the early bird menu and they were not happy about giving it to us. Starters were ok but not great. My friend ordered the lasagna which looked great but the middle of it was cold. It was replaced with another one which was fine. We all had the cheesecake for desert which was frozen solid. The waitress took them back but we didnt want anything else. They didnt charge us for the desert. We felt that because we asked for early bird menu we got any thing given to us. Didnt like the place at all will never go back again.

Lamb Cutlets with Garlic, Lemon and Paprika

Why not make up a large quantity of this marinade in advance – it is wonderful with cutlets and would also work well with leg steaks or loin chops. The longer you marinate the meat for, the better the flavour!
