Grabbed a bowl of soup and a glass of wine here to catch up with a friend. The wine was lovely but the soup was pretty poor. It tasted like pack soup. My friend’s bacon and cabbage went down well so I possibly just made a poor choice. Service was good (we had a lovely waiter who moved us to a more comfortable table for eating) and the bar is lively after work.

i'll keep this short. Cheese and Ham Combo had processed cheese slathered all over it. I sent it back and was still charged for it with the manager threatening to call the police if I didn't. Nice one Bruxelles, zero for everything including attitude.
Can't comment on anything else as was too angry to do anything other than pay up and feel that I'd been mugged for 9 euro.

Nice food, good pint of guinness..and nice beer garden. Heavy metal fans will like the downstairs bar. The pints are relatively expensive, although they did bring them down slightly recently.

Nic eenough pun grub but make sure you're hungry because they load up the plates with more food than you could eat in the whole day. Service is lacking any kind of smiling whatsoever but it's handy if you want a pub lunch in town. Menu is a bit limited.

I don't know if its the statue of Phil Lynnott outside or the memory of going to Sunday jazz sessions here many years ago, but this place always makes me feel nostalgic. Ended up here on Thursday afternoon with a friend for a glass of wine. There is a large menu of mainly "Irish cuisine" but we didn't avail of same on this occasion. There was a great mixture of tourists, students and all walks of life really. A really nice pub for an afternoon drink.

This is a great place for a quick lunch. Sandwichs are lovely with big fillings. Chips and springrolls are nice too. the only gripe i have is the chicken ceaser salad for €10/11 its a rip off, its the smallest salad i have ever had and that includes starter portion. If your hungry go for the wraps or burgers... they will leave you nice and full.

Bruxelles does great pub food - great portions, always hot and exactly what it says on the menu. Avoid the chicken tenders with chips which are a little expensive for what they are and go for the burger. Even the sandwiches are good. Great for hangover food or that Friday lunch. Not a place where the diet is going to be kept. Not gourmet, but to be fair, no-one is expecting it to be!!

Great pub food for after work. Usually meet my friends here for after work drinks. The atmosphere is great. Visit before 8pm as it can get busy.
