4.5I could not really fault the entire experience!
This was my first time in Yamamouri but my guest had been on a number of occastions. I tried Sushi for the first time and as a first time visitter I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful when determining what to choose from the large menu that was on offer.
The Food arrived promptly, the suggested offerings were excellent and the cheese cake desert was simply the icing on a wonderful evening.
3 Courses with Wine for my guest and selection of beers for me and this came to €110.00 - I found this to be excellent value for money

5.0The Sushi from this place is second to none, defo the best in Dublin!! Although a bit pricy, it is totally worth it! I met some friends here on a cold January night and the atmosphere was buzzing.
We ordered a selection of Sushi to share for starters. The Chefs Selection and my favourite Californian Roll’s. There was plenty here for 4 people. We ordered a selection of salads and sides & the Tempura Haddock for mains all again to share. Service was very fast (Healthy Fast Food, Yum) and very friendly.
In fairness I use to frequent this place very regularly a few years ago for lunch and it’s never failed me! Great place, especially if you are a novice to sushi or Japanese food as the staff are so helpful with the menu. I also noticed that they have everything on their menu calorie counted, which is great!

0.0.0I booked a table for my 50th birthday and had an email from yamamori confirming the booking. I arrived a few minutes early with 9 of my 10 guests with the tenth arriving later. My guests were sitting at the table some having ordered drinks already.
I was told by the staff that I hadn't booked that room and that someone else had. I showed them my confirmation e mail. They then refused to let me have the table until the 10 guest had arrived. The real reason was that they had double booked and the other party was supposed to be a group of 12. At this point none of the other group had arrived. I left the restaurant with my guests as the staff did not offer a satisfactory solution.
I have eaten dozens of times in the yamamori restaurants over the years. I am disgusted at how I and my guests were treated on that night which should have been a special evening for me.

5.0What can I say about Yamamori? I love sushi, so it was just a matter of time before I tried my first Irish-made sushi :)
We weren't disappointed, the Sushi was very good, the Tofu Steak is a very good and fulfilling option for vegetarians, the Chicken Teriaky was great, the atmosphere was very calm and the staff was very welcoming :)
I'm still getting used to the prices in Ireland, so I thought it was a bit pricey, but now, after going out a couple more times, I realized it's not that expensive! I loved it!

5.0This is my favorite Yamamori restaurant. Went there for lunch and had sushi with my favorite plum wine for dessert. As always food was great. For the first time service was a little annoying, they were checking on us all the time and it felt like we have no privacy. but I guess it was only because place was almost empty and I guess staff maybe was a little bored.

4.5Came here last Friday evening. Was busy but not uncomfortably packed. 4 of us from work. I have to say, I much prefer being in this yamamorie's as opposed to the Georges street location. Much more relaxed here. I got the set menu for 25 euro. I always get the teriyaki chicken here so I opted for the teriyaki squash and tofu for a change. It was lovely. I still prefer it in chicken but anything in Yamamorie's teriyaki sauce is going to be good here. For dessert I got the banoffee! Big mistake, i should have went for the cheesecake. Only let down was the banoffee. Bit flavourless. But all in all, lovely restaurant, GREAT wait staff (The woman who waited on use was a delight) and even better food. In the words of Arnie... " I'LL BE BACK"

5.0Visited last night and was absolutely delighted. Service was excellent, staff were very professional and very courteous. The place was bustling with a great atmosphere and while the food on the menu seemed abit pricey at first, the huge portions certainly made up for it.
Would highly recommend the seared teriyaki tuna. Delicious.

4.0I have eaten in this restaurant 4 times and my experience has always been very good except for the last time: the Bento box was rather poor (a few thick sheddings of cabbage and 3 cherry tomatoes as a salad), there was particularly nothing wrong with it, it was just bland and no effort was seen put into it. We were leaving as one of the last guests and made a quick trip to the bathroom - very disappointing with regards to cleaningness. Said that food was excellent on the three other occassions that we dined in Yamamori Sushi.
