After a very tiring drive from Dublin to Kinsale - Arriving quite late, tired & hungary - we decided to try this Restaurant. The food was just ok I had chicken korma - which consisted of 3 pieces of chicken, reheated rice & some peas, my partner had another chicken dish which was re-heated chicken - We left the premises and the awful food - We paid for the mineral & 1 beer - Why do Restaurant do this to their customers - and equally the prices for the food are actually much dearer than Dublin! Will not ever go back!

Have gone every year when we're on holidays. Myself and my husband shared a chicken vindaloo and a saag aloo with rice and naan bread, All very tasty, no complaints. They promptly arrived down with poppadoms and dips when we arrived. As said before, there wasn't alot of choice on the wine list. Service was great and our waiter was very friendly. We'll def return when in Kinsale again.

I thought the food here was mediocre. I had a sheek kebeb for starter which came out of the microwave (These should be banned from professional kitchens). The meat in my main course had too much fat and I could not eat all of it as a result. So overall not a great experience.

Enjoyed a very nice meal while visiting Kinsale recently. Menu was fairly extensive (wine list wasn't though). Service was quick and our meal was brought to us promptly. Restaurant was practically empty, making it hard to judge the atmosphere.

Decided to try this Indian restaurant whilst in Kinsale on a brief visit. There were restaurants of every variety in the town, but this seemed to be the only Indian one. We were seated immediately (no reservation required), a plate of poppadoms/dips was brought to our table and our drinks order was taken. The menu provided plenty of choice, but the wine list could do with improving. Our meal was delicious, and service was very good. Coffees were 'on the house' which was a nice gesture. It's a very small, compact restaurant, and could perhaps do with a little 'touching up' here and there. The paint on the low-level radiator was in bad condition and it's not very appealing to be looking at something like that whilst having a meal.

This was my first ever Indian restaurant experience as I had always been a little nervous of Indian food, but I have to say I loved it. The food was delicious, the staff warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was cosy and what I imagine to be authentic! Good prices too, would definitely go back.

Ate here twicw. First time was around six months ago and second time this week. wasn't too bad the first time hence the reason i returned. I was far from impressed this time. I had tandoori Chicken to start and got a gristle covered leg portion and a similar type wing portion. Naan bread with the main course was more like a poppadom and the main course itself Butter Chicken pretty much congealed before i was finished. I honestly thought the sauce in the main course had come from a tub purchased in a supermarket with a touch of strawberry jam mixed in. Not impressed..

A party of two went on sun nite. We did not know what to choose as the menu was very vast. One of the starters Aloo Tikka was very very over done while the meet samosa was fine. Mains we had Chicken Balti and a Chicken Shashlik which were really enjoyable particaly the balti. Really good size portions. One bad thing the restauarnt could do with a revamp
