We went for a trip to Baltimore to visit the Glebe Gardens and to sample their food. We sat outside as they have a covered area. We ordered Puy Lentil salad with poached egg and crab tart. Both were very nice but we felt that portions were a little on the small side. Both were served with salad leaves and tomatoe. My partner felt that it needed more lentils and maybe a piece of nice homemade bread. We had nice white wine to wash it down. We then had Walnut and coffee cake, delicious, and peach and almond tart equally delicious. We woud visit again and the gardens were very pleasant.

Had a lovely afternoon here last Saturday; the town was busy, we decided to visit Glebe Cafe as we thought it would be quiet and relaxing. It was lovely - beautiful setting, outdoor seating near the gardens. We had soup, sandwiches, rosemary shortbread and I had to take home my large portion of beetroot cake, which was very enjoyable. The staff are friendly and I hope to return sometime to dine at the restaurant and perhaps one of their evening concerts. An enjoyable afternoon, excellent prices too.
