We ate here on Saturday night, just in the bar. There was a big gang of us in and they had no problem seating us! The food took a while to come out, but when it did, it was really nice!! The owner/manager/proprietor came over at the end to ask us how we had found the meal, which was a really nice touch. I got the curry which was nice and mild and there were also nice compliments given for the burgers, the lamb shank and the fish too!

Had a lovely Sunday lunch with my partner. We found the service fast and efficient, the staff very friendly and helpful and most of all the food was excellent Eileen

I had Sunday lunch here with my wife. We have eaten here a number of times. Food is always great but the service is not always consistant. I still wait for someone to write down an order.

I have been here a few times the surrounding are lovely but I have to say that still some of the male staff I find don't write the orders down and this can lead to errors in the order. I recently had the past with ricotta cheese tasty but over priced and a very small portion I left hungry. Overall portions are small I think in future I would only really go there for a dessert and coffee as there desserts are nice.

Five of u ate here last Sunday for lunch. The setting is beautiful and we ate in the conservatory style bar/restaurant. At first we were a bit worried as the food took a long time to come but the waiter apologized and as the setting was so nice and relaxing we didn't mind. Thankfully the food was very good. Nice presentation, tasted good and good portion size. It is on the dearer side but we didn't mind paying as we enjoyed the meal. I would definitely recommend it (if you are not in too much of a hurry!).

Went here with my family for a get together meal, you are always made to feel special here, there attention to detail is quite good, food is always good and on the rare occasion you have a gripe it is dealt with immediatly. Family run business and you would know it as it is a tight run ship with hand picked staff, I will continue to go here as long as this is the case...well done..!

Availed of the early bird menu. Starter was good (Garlic Mushrooms) but dear o dear did the main course disappoint. Ordered Roast beef...........tough and impossible to eat............It's a pity because the service was very good. Maybe a word with the Meat buyer would help as this wasn't the first time that beef was tough.

Menu description not fully accurate. Meat overcooked. Fish presented not as on menu and overcooked. Order inaccurately taken. French fries mildly soggy.

A nice Hotel, Restaurant lacks Good Service though. Waitresses stuck in their ways of memorizing a Tale order of 7... Sum thing has to go wrong and it did.. Mixed up orders and mixed up Ways of doneness we wanted our steaks. Disappointing but none the less a nice place For weddings I hear.

A marvellous place. Great evening out! It’s an event-an entire evening can be spent here. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the drawing room while perusing the menu, a delicious dinner, and then linger over coffee after. A wonderful occasion to dine here
