We’ve walked passed here many times without even noticing it but this place is a little hidden gem. The service was very friendly, the seafood fresh and tasty and the place has a lovely cosy atmosphere. The Sunday lunch menu is good value and the selection is still good (The roast pork was especially tasty!). Looking forward to our next visit very soon.

Wow is all I can say. What a gem. Walk past this place regularly but have never booked so decided to give it a try for my birthday and was not disappointed. The restaurant is tiny - probably about 10 tables - so if you don't like intimate this won't be for you but we loved it. The service is wonderful and the food is second to none - the best seafood in a long time. We had the early bird (two courses for about €21) and added in a side of veg, 2 desserts, wine and coffee for a total including tip of €100. Wonderful fresh baked bread. My husband had calamari followed by steak with cheesy mash (both cooked superbly) and I had mussels followed by a special of brill with pea and prawn risotto - delicious. No veg comes with the meal but one side order was plenty for two people - delicious crispy green veg with a glaze of butter. Nice atmosphere and regular but not intrusive checks from the staff made for a really enjoyable meal. We will definitely try again. I would recommend trying the early bird for value as the regular menu is a bit more expensive but no doubt worth every cent.
