we loved this restaurant. small french rest seats about 20-25 , good choice on menu, losts of salads, shellfish, soup, chowder on starter menu. Steak, Rabbit Veal, fish, vegeterian options for mains food cooked perfectly with proper sauces. good wine list, will def be back here. Early bird menu 29 euro available all night for 3 fantastic courses.Good wine list, we'll be back here!

an absolute gem of a place. We went there to celebrate a family occassion and had a wonderful evening. We had a range of starters from foie gras, clams , asparagus to tomato and basil sorbet followed by pheasant, beef and vegetarian ravioli. All main courses were accompanied by perfectly cooked and seasoned vegetables. The staff were attentive and informative. they carefully explained all the dishes and suggested wines to accompany. The chef/owner came out for a chat with all the customers. For dessert we all opted for the assortment which comprised four different mini desserts. this was followed by teas and coffees and a complimentary brandy. We stayed until late. there was no pressure to leave and we were sent home with biscuits and chocolates for the children. A treat not to be missed.

Went for lunch last Saturday with my sister. This french restaurant is not very big but I must say is very welcoming. The service is not quick but the food is top notch and well worth the wait. They specialise in Breton dishes, especially crèpes - both savoury and sweet. We both had a Normandie (chicken, mushroom and cream) savory crepe for mains and a sweet crepe for desert. It is well worth a visit and very well priced for lunch

One of the best restaurants around. I have gone regularly over the last 15 years and never been disappointed. The only flaw is that the food can be slow to arrive but with the warm friendly staff, this only adds to the great atmosphere for me. The husband and wife team always make you feel at home and the owner has definitely has a lost calling as an entertainer but then that would deny one of his great culinery talents. The food is excellent and great value for money considering the quality. The restaurant caters both for conservative (with old reliables like steak) or adventerous tastes (with kangaroo and ostrich for example). Also on selected days during the week they open for lunch where they prepare fantastic traditional bretton crepes. Well worth a visit!

Some of the most delicious food I have had in a long, long time. The menu was very varied including some unusual choices such as ostrich. The service is excellent. The restaurant itself is small yet very homely. Delicious!!!

Only been here once & it was fabulous. The food was so special & different. Some things I have never seen in other restaurants & the service was great. Very expensive but worth every penny!
