Vermillion always pleases. The atmosphere is great, usually providing a welcoming, relaxing and pleasant dining experience and the service is attentive without being overbearing. However, atmosphere and service alone don't a restaurant make and it is the quality of the food here that really stands out. The food is always fresh and the flavours beautifully balanced. Indeed, the food is so well prepared that even dispensing with the dining-in experience by getting a delivery or takeaway leaves one thoroughly satisfied. Vermillion is an established and reliable favourite.

Went to Vermilion along with my partner on my first visit having bought a Menupages deal. We only decided to book on the Saturday evening so were pleased to get a table. Surroundings were comfortable and spacious in general, and not actually packed on a Saturday night which I thought it would be. Only very tiny issues. A pillar separated our table and the one next to us, a little bit closer than I would have liked as I could hear everything they said. I heard other people being offered a drink on the house after their meal which we were not so a little disappointed with that - it's nice to be nice after all. I hope it wasn't because we were "on a deal". Food was great, very prompt and courteous service. The dips and poppadoms given at the start were gorgeous. Nice that it is above a pub for before and after drinks. Would definitely go back.

I went there with my menu page coupons. I personally love Indian food and loves going to Indian restaurants around town. And this place has to be one of the best ones I have been to. The staffs were friendly and attentive. The foods were just gorgeous. Totally worth the money! I got a glass of white wine and it was so good! From the starter to the dessert, I have no complain what so ever! presentation of dishes were amazing too! Highly recommended!
