Came here a couple of years ago and didn't have a good experience. Decided to give it another go and I have to say it was worth the visit. Really nice menu and the food was very good. The bar is nice and cosy for drinks before and after dinner. I had sole on the bone and it was melt in the mouth. Good selction of wine to choose from. Not the cheapest of places but the food is good. Nice to go for a treat

As usual..great service and excellent food.Really a quaint room with excellent staff.Grilled sole melted from the bone and the brown bread ice-cream was lovely. There home made brown bread was plentiful. The only complaint really would be price especially in the times we are having. It needs an early bird menu as many resturants have now,.Will be back but only for a really special occassion unless prices change.

We came here as recomended by my brother-in-law who often comes here when in Myrtleville. We were made very welcome by the fire! and had a nice cosy corner table the food was very good and well presented and the staff friendly and helpfull. The black sole was second to none and two of us had rack of lanmb which was very tasty and tender. The duckling was not as good maybe more duck than duckling? the veg came separately and were very good. Sweets were great especially the chocolate fudge one and the homemade icecream was a treat! We had a very happy evening and will certainly be there again.

Hi, Great food, cooked how you ordered it, menu does exactly what it says, nice setting, tables a bit cramped but that does not matter, service very good and very friendly, price is a bit expensive considering the times we live in. Overall, well enjoyed.
