Booked this restaurant for a birthday meal. My initial impression of the restaurant wasn't great as it was very quiet, never a good sign. They didn't have our table ready either but the waiter did get it ready for us in a matter of minutes. The waiter was very accomodating and had a great sense of humour, service was very attentive. The food was very good also, I had chicken stirfry, very tasty and large portion. Didn't enjoy the brownie i ordered but the other deserts were lovely, especially the vanilla cheescake. the waiter brought out the dessert with candles even though not specifically requested and also brought over a sambuca shot on the house after the meal, overall was very happy with the meal for the price, would eat here again

I went here with a voucher for 2 Main Courses for the price of one. The waiter took my word for it straight away and said he did not need to see the voucher - so they must be used to that! We got starters too, I got chicken wings and my boyfriend had meat balls with garlic bread. His was delicious but my wings were a bit bland (they were supposed to be Cajun). I had carbonara next and he had Pasta Italiana - both were amazing. All in all, it was very pleasant and would go again.

Went here last friday with a group of friends. Nice atmosphere when we walked in ....nice and buzzy !! Waited ages to order a drink, had to grab a waitress as she was walking by to order drinks. I mean we should really have been offered a drink as soon as we sat down. Took a good while to get our order in too. There was one waiter who was particulary good and he seemed to be doing all the hard work. Food was nice was and tasty, very comforting. I had the Suppli Rice balls which were yum and then I had the Porcini Ravioli with a mushroom sauce this again was realy tasty and very filling .... I couldn't finish it. My only really negative was the olives that were served were not great and they served pesto which was lovely with them but also ..... sweet chilli sauce, what's that about ??? All in all we had a good night, it's cheap & cheerful and a perfect place for a catch up with friends !! Just needs a little work on the service but it would not put me off going back ..... maybe they were just having an off night !!
