Had lunch here today great value had a lovely chicken salad with batch bread it was great staff great as well looking forward to going again

Kafkas has no pretensions about itself. A busy busy cafe. Has a good broad menu, with good value. A welcome addition to this side of Cork city.

Food is average. Coffee not great. Service really bad as most serving staff cant speak English that well. It does well as its in a prime location but Ive tried it at least three times and i won't be going there any more.

Kafkas has moved from Maylor street Cork to Blackpool. It is across from the main shopping center. It is a mix between a greasy spoon and a couple of steps up. The food is far superior to a greasy spoon but along the same lines if you know what i mean???? spacious restaurant with friendly obliging staff. Worth a visit for lunch
