“tapas is more than a meal ... it’s an experience!” Tapas is a style of eating that originates from Spain. Any food can be tapas provided it’s tasty and the portion isn’t too big! This style of food enables you to experiment, change and share your dishes every time you visit us. We recommend when eating tapas each person orders between 3-4 different dishes to be shared with each other. Enhance your tapas experience with one of our carefully chosen wines.

Maximilians is a local restaurant we visit regular as the food is top notch and the value and service is great. On the weekends in the Tapas section of restaurant has music entertainment is very good and the atmosphere is relaxing. I would recommend when reserving your table to request a table in this section of the restaurant. We will be visiting again soon, if not for dinner then for the great value lunch menu.

This place becomes our special, My Italian boyfriend loves it and we bring his parents there every time they come for a visit- this just means that the food is great. I had their special sea food risotto suggested by restaurant manager and it was just divine. Two beautifully grilled and cooked prawns on the top were massive and delicious. We are going there with the family for Xmas lunch. The staff was friendly as usual and they know our names by now. 30.05. another successful evening in our favourite place. It is the best restaurant in Dublin for me!!! You will not regret if you will pick this one and it will for sure will become your favorite to visit.

Restaurant warm and welcoming. Staff all very friendly with lovely Italian (I think) accents. The service was excellent if a little too quick but being the night that was in it there was a turn around to be expected. The food was beautiful especially the beef satay which was done in a way I have never tasted before. Really impressed. Champagne sorbet more the snob value than practical but was cute. Steak was lovely asked for medium was a little more than that but I certainly wasnt complaining as it was lovely. Malibu fruit salad dessert was very caribbean. The wine was at the perfect room temperature. Overall I am dying to go back and experience the piano bar in the back and perhaps some of their tapas. Really enjoyed being out mid week in a restaurant that was buzzing and busy yet the service was superb. Well done and Happy Valentines Day to them all.
