TGI Friday (Dundrum) , Dundrum

TGI Friday’s offers a great night out with superb food and drink, great service and a fantastic party atmosphere with an authentic American feel. The decor, the food, the experience are all designed to let you enjoy Friday’s in a way only the Americans can do. The first TGI Friday’s restaurant opened on Manhattan’s upper East Side in 1965 and became the meeting place for New York’s singles. It’s menu and drinks are compiled with fun and relaxation in mind: burgers, steaks, pasta and salads, Ben and Jerry’s Icecream, and importantly, a massive range of exotic cocktails and authentic American beers. TGI Friday’s trades as a bar as well as a restaurant and is the perfect place to unwind after a hard days work.

We had the €15 for 2 courses deal, food was good! Pints of Miller only €4. Will go back

Have eaten here a few times and it is nothing to rave about! Popped in after the cinema one night and ate from the 2-course menu for €15. It was fine, but with soft drinks and the automatically added 5% it still worked out at €20 for basically burgers and chips! The next time I went I used my new hi-life card and splurged on fajitas and ribs, so one course was free. Food was very tasty but without the card would've been very expensive. Will probably pop in again but there's so much other better choice in Dundrum SC it might be a while!

I went to TGI Fridays for the first time ever in Dundrum. I was really excited. The mega expensive prices intriqued me, food that expensive must be tasty I thought. We were made wait 15 minutes in the bar despite the restaurant being 1/3 empty, obviously wanting us to buy drinks. We eventually got to our table (Sticky and dirty). We waited half an hour to get served. After 20 mins our starter arrived (Boneless buffalo bites). It was disgusting... After 45 mins our main course arrived. The food was cold. The chips were soggy and of poor quality. The pasta my girlfriend ordered was stodgy and the chicken was floating in grease. We choked down what we could and eventually managed to flag down a waiter to get the bill. It was a lesson sorely learned; 52 euro for 2 and a half poorly cooked, cold and ill-tasting course. I was shocked by the dire food quality, the lacklustre service and the appalling value for money that left me feeling like I've been conned.
