Had a city deal voucher for two starters two mains and a pint of their own beer. Chose the wings and the steak sandwich and these were hearty fare leaving me quite full. My boyfriend had the fish and chips and thought it had too much batter. I wanted a second beer and ordered a carlsberg, but was a bit disappointed it cost €5 as their specialty beers are €4 and especially on a sunday afternoon you'd imagine they would extend the offer. If a voucher deal comes up again I'll come back otherwise I might come in just for the wings and a pint on their own. Maybe.

Dined here recently using a city deal voucher. For starters we had chowder & wings (which were lukewarm), both tasted ok. For mains we both had the steak sandwich which was again was just ok nothing to rave about. The portions were reasonably ok but the food was just average and if I was paying full whack I'd be very disappointed as it is overpriced. However I must commend the staff for all being so friendly. I would give it a go again sometime in the future but I'd like to think they would improve there standards and amend there prices.

Ate here for the second time recently. Used a voucher both times. The service is nice and friendly. The appetizers (especially the seafood chowder) are usually very nice. However, the mains are nothing special. The first time I ordered mussels and didn't finish them because they were pretty bad. The second time I had a burger which was incredibly dry. It was worth it on the vouchers. But I will not be going back.
