I was on business in Cavan and took a chance on chapter one as I was in a rush and had no time to research. It’s a pleasant, bustling café and the seats to the front of house are nice. Very busy for lunch which I saw as a good sign, but the only seat I could get was in a sort of alcove between the café and toilets which wasn’t the best. I had a version of a quesadilla chicken wrap and tea. The wrap was lovely and well presented with two condiments, a Cajun mayo and some sour cream as well as some salad. Recommended for a quick hit lunch.
