A traditional hearty black bean stew, made with Brazilian sausage, dried beef, bacon and pork meat served with seasoned boiled rice, green cabbage, sliced orange and fried polenta. Accompanied with farofa (toasted cassava flour with onions, garlic and streaky bacon oil), chilli and vinaigrette.
