I went here with my husband and was completely blown away. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere, and the service is friendly and attentive. I had the pastels to start, Brazilian hot pastries which were full of flavour. My main course was a hearty Brazilian stew, which was cooked to perfection. Their cocktails were beautiful, and the meal was very well priced for the quality of the food. I had the truffles for dessert, which were a little bland-the only blot on an otherwise perfect meal. Will definitely return.

Had been looking forward to visiting Sabor Brazil for quite a while and was very intrigued by their new menu. We certainly weren't disappointed with the food - everything we ordered was delicious! For starters I had the Pao De Queijo while my partner had the Abobrina Recheada Gratinada, for main course we ordered the Feijoda and the Bife A Parmegiana all washed down with their house white. For desert we shared the truffles with a scoop of ice-cream which was a little heavier than I would usually like, however it was still very tasty. I couldn't complain about the service, the staff were very polite and friendly. The atmosphere, on the other hand was rather dull. One major complaint I did have was the price of the food; the majority of the main courses are advertised as €15 here, however when we arrived we found them all to average at €25. This was a bit of a disappointment and something that should definitely be rectified as soon as possible.

What a wonderful little gem of a restaurant! I went here as a group of 11 for my brothers birthday, and as a result we had the entire downstairs to ourselves. It felt like we were dining in a very posh private home, and this feeling was heightened by our waitor who was a most charming and welcoming host. The food was delicious, although I think due to the size of our group the prices were higher than mentioned here, but really it was worth it, and we did get surprise pre-starters and pre-mains, which was a nice touch! But what really made my evening was the ambiance and the attentiveness of our host. You were made feel that our custom was really appreciated, refreshing in this day and age, recession or not! I can't wait to go back as a couple, I'm gushing ever since to all my frineds that they have to experience it for themselves, and preferably with me! We were there for five hours and never felt rushed, but time flies when you're having fun and it felt a lot shorter! To top it all off, when we were due to leave the chef came out and shook all our hands and thanked us for coming and our host presented a bottle of Merlot as a birthday present to my brother! Thank you to all at Sabor Brazil for a fantastic night!

What a fantastic find! The decor, the atmosphere, the service - it was all fantastic... I can't recommend this place enough. Only thing I would say is plan for a long evening - they don't rush and rightly so. It was wonderful.

I visited Sabor Brazil for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend following a recommendation by a friend. We certainly were not disappointed. We were seated upstairs which was small, cozy and stylish. Service was excellent- our waiter was informative, attentive and extremely polite and friendly. We were mad e to feel very comfortable. The food, traditional Brazilian, was authentic and comforting. My main of Feijoada was delicious- a traditional meat stew with black bean, served with garlic cabbage, rice and chili salsa. The serving size was large, but I couldn't help myself from finishing it all. Between each course complementary sorbet were offered, which were outstanding. Since I visited this restaurant last month I can not stop recommending it to anybody that will listen. Very good quality for the money payed. 3 star prices for 5 star quality of food and service. I will certainly be returning again.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We were a party of 5 arriving 18.30 and leaving after 23.00 wihtout noticing the time pass. The food was just fabulous. While considering the menu we were given their Olives, in onions with a tiny kick of spices. A pre starter taster - aubergine was also delicious. Our starters - mine the meatballs we divinely tasty, and my main of Chicken Stoganoff (a frist for me with Chicken) was plate licking good. I ensured one of our party had the traditional 'stew', he loved it (a little to meaty for me) For desert I went simple with the Truffles and strawberries. I cant describe just how my taste buds were in heaven with every course. I almost forgot to mention the strawberry/mint sorbet between starter & main. To say the waiter was helpful (without being pushy) is an understatement, he explained the menu in the exact detail we required with easy and knowledge that left us all totally comfortable with our orders and added to us all agreeing this to be the best gastronmic evening out we have had in years. High praise I know, but totally worth it. Very reasonably prices, wine is chosen from a side table - rather than a wine men. If there is to be any down sie it's that the restaurant itself is very small seating approx 12 downstairs and I reckon aboput 8 upstairs. Will I be back - need you ask!!!

I really hope this place doesn't change. It has a wonderful charisma and my experiences have been delightful. I love that you are not rushed. If you are after anything other than a gentle evening that is like eating in the house of a good friend - this is not for you. The food is wonderful. The service is very genuine, warm and friendly and it was a fabulous way to finish the weekend. We had the table by the window and I had the Pastels (again!) followed by the bife a parmegiana. The Mousse of the day was passion fruit and it was all delicious. Other dishes eaten included the beringela ao forno and the risotto de fruto do mar. Fortunately, we had a long stroll back to the car to help the feast settle and I remain torn about recommending the place in case it means it becomes too popular!
