owners could go a little out of there way to say hello when in there,but other then that a good ole chip shop

Hendley's 3.0 star review: The best fish and chips around! Located fairly near to where I live, we often call in here for take away fish and chips when I can't be bothered cooking. The fish is always beautifully moist in a lovely crisp batter and you get a generous serving of chips. I have been meaning to call by to have sit in meal in their cafe...the only place I believe for rasher, egg and chips with a pot of tea and some bread and butter...just the pick-me-up needed on these long winter nights. It is what it is, a chipper/cafe and what it does, it does it very well.
