Irish people love to eat seafood when dining out; in fact, unlike our European neighbours, we eat more seafood outside the home. Perhaps this is a testament to the quality of our seafood restaurants. And for many visitors, a trip to Ireland wouldn’t be complete without sampling a few oysters and sinking a pint of the black stuff. Excellent food, good service and price. Two complaints though- no bread; other tables got some. No vanilla pods in crème Brulee. Otherwise, excellent.

Another fabulous evening in Vino`s, Met up with a friend for over due catch up, New Menu in place since our last visit, Its fab !! truly spoiled for choice, We had Crab Claws cooked in garlic with bread sticks & Lemon & black pepper Calamari, Perfect appetizers, For our mains we had Fillet Steak, roasted shallots, green beans with fondant potato & Barbary Duck Breast with savoy cabbage & rosemary & garlic potatos, cooked to perfection on both counts, We would totally reccomend these dishes, they were bursting with flavor, and picture perfect. We shared a bottle of crisp New Zealand White... very Morish, but decided to venture Vino`s homemade selection of deserts instead of Grape Deux , I ordered double Chocolate cheesecake mmmm there`s no going back now it was penance all the way for me.. my friend ordered Bailys & hazelnut Pavlova with chocolate sauce ..Delish .. we had a Lovely evening on all accounts, comfortable friendly surroundings, fabulous selection of Home made cooked fresh food.. Well Done to you all in Vino`s Restaurant and late night Cafe ...

My mother in law brought us here recently for a celebratory meal. Where an eatery has Italian and French food on the menu, one should always be skeptical. Most of the table ordered pasta with weak sauces. I had beef bourguignon. It was not very good and short cuts had been taken. Puddings were overpriced and not very good. Would not eat here again.

Myself and a friend had a lovely meal in Vinos during the week, their new " early bird " selection is excellent, so much choice, We both ordered the seafood chowder to start mmm it was the real deal full of seafood goodness, Then i had the Rib Eye Steak & skinny fries, with pepper sauce, cooked to perfection may i add, My friend got the catch of the day " Fresh Cod " Baked with creamy mash, if you like fish, its the place to come too, We shared a bottle of crisp New Zealand white no effort needed there, eased our way into desert, i ordered the Home made Bailys pavlova, Its huge !! but i made light work of it all the same, My friend ordered the Custard tart served with stewed cinnimon apple and whipped cream. We felt truly spoiled after this banquet of food, great atmosphere, great selection of food, A well run restaurant Speaks volumes .. We will be back again soon Vino`s and we are still singing your praises ..Well done to you all :)

Very friendly, food very good and plenty of it - would have liked a bit more tarragon with the mushroom pasta dish and the bread (though very good) a little less salty. My husband would have liked more flavour in his carbonara. Overall though well worth going to.

Lovely food and desert to die for. We were very happy with our choices. We used a menupages voucher valued at €80 according to the advert but we only paid €39.95. However what the advert or voucher did not state was that only the early bird menu was available on the voucher (which was lovely anyway) on tuesday, wednesday or thursday and it only costs €24.95 per person. So really we saved €10 not €40 and if we paid full price of €24.95 each, we could have gone any day including Sunday so it was misleading.

Vino's is consistently good offering a menu with Italian favourites. We most often go for their early bird which is great value and available all night Thursday. Two of us chose from that menu and enjoyed their excellent chicken liver pâté, the third had a pear and walnut(?) Salad which was delicious and followed it with a mountain of mussels which were very much enjoyed. I had my favourite pork escalope served with olives feta and tomatoes and although as tasty as ever, it looked as if it had been sitting a little while under heated lights. Desserts are always excellent with pan actors, crime brûlée and gateau being among those sampled. House wine was lovely and the service is friendly and good. Will return soon!

Four of us headed down to Vino’s to round off the Christmas and New Year celebrations. It’s our usual haunt so we were pretty certain that we were in for a good evening and Vino’s did not fail us. Two pear and blue cheese salad starters (my favourite from the Vino’s menu) , one calamari and one pate (which I sneaked a taste of - delicious) to start were perfect. One of our party had the fish special recommended by the friendly waitress, two had the escalope of pork which looked very appetising while I had the vegetarian fettuccini which is light and just right after all that turkey and ham we’ve gone through! Too full for more than two deserts between four, we enjoyed a couple of bottles of prosecco and had another wonderful evening at Vino’s. Highly recommended.
