Emilias Ristorante 4.0 star review: Went here Saturday night with my husband. I received a voucher at Christmas. Every time I tried to call the phone rang out (I auctually thought they had gone out of business). So when I finally got through it was at 7.15 at night & the guy on the phone was a bit rude. I asked were they open & he says they only open from 7-10 they could of had this on a phone recording. I asked if we needed to make a book for Sat nite & he told me "if I wanted to" needless to say we were not expecting much when we got there, however I was pleasently surprised. The place was lovely cosy & friendly the food was fab. Wine was not great. The staff was friendly enough. I would put the guy on the phone down to a bad experience & would go back. It was not expensive. So all in all & happy meal in the end !

Emilias Ristorante 4.0 star review: Tomato soup and brushetta starters were great. beef in balsamic vinegar was fab and proportions were generous. chicken cacciatore was delicious. Desserts very disappointing- stodgy choc cake and doughy apple pie. Would return again but skip dessert!staff nice.

Emilias Ristorante 5.0 star review: I have eaten here before and it was fantastic.

I got a take awaay here a couple weeks ago and it was amazing!!

THe calamares here is the best calamares ive ever had! They are so crispy and fresh, and the tub of aioli that comes with it...wow.

THe pizzas are fantastic,

but the seafood risotto is gorgeous!!!

Great place. Cheap. Love it

Emilias Ristorante 3.0 star review: The atmosphere in Emilia's is the best thing about it. Nice relaxed vibe and nice wooden interior. We had high hopes when we sat down. However, we didn't really enjoy our food. So much oil on the bruschettas that it was offputting, and the pasta felt very stodgy. The service wasn't great either unfortunately. I was ordering from the early bird, and asked could I order a main from the other menu that was virtually the same as one on the early bird menu but had cherry tomatoes (was ordering a vegan meal and wanted a bit of bulk!), and the waitress said it wouldn't be possible.... We were one of 3 tables in the restaurant. This kind of thing drives me a bit nuts in recession Ireland!!! The service wasn't very friendly in general. It wasn't a very expensive place, but as we didn't really enjoy it I couldn't say it was good value. Very unlikely to be back.

Emilias Ristorante 5.0 star review: Enjoyed a family meal here last month for my brothers birthday. This was the second time eating here in the last 6 months and cant see it being the last. The restaurant itself is very homely, nice decor and good atmosphere in the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I couldnt fault the food either! Everyone went for something different on the menu and we all enjoyed our meals while looking on in envy at the next persons plate! Would definately go here again and would recommend it for a quiet romantic meal or one with the family.

Emilias Ristorante 4.5 star review: Emilia's is in the heart of beautiful Enniskerry and is a great place to relax after a nice stroll in the surrounding hills. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the menu is full of comforting Italian favourites. I had the rigatoni with amatricana sauce which were super tasty and not to spicy. For the main course I had the rack of lamb which was cooked to pink perfection and was served with delicious potatoes and washed down with a pleasant enough glass of house red. The final espresso was a perfect way to finish a great meal and good value too. Will be back!!

Emilias Ristorante 5.0 star review: If you visit Enniskerry you must pay a visit to Emilias! We have been visiting Enniskerry on weekend breaks for 10 years. On every trip we make sure at least one visit to Emilias is included. Emilias provides a friendly personal service and some of the best Italian food we have tasted outside of Italy. The menu is refreshed regularly making it even harder to decide on which dish to have but fortunately staff are happy to advise!

Emilias Ristorante 5.0 star review: Went here on saturday night with my boyfriend. We had 2 starters, 2 mains, shared a dessert,2 glasses of wine and coffee for €70! Def recommend it. I have bruschetta con fungi for starter which was kind of bland but the ravioli in cream sauce for my mains was beautiful. My boyfriend had steak and said it was one of the best he'd ever eaten, was cooked perfectly. Service is good, friendly not intrusive. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxed night out.

Emilias Ristorante 1.0 star review: Enniskerry is a lovely little spot, unfortunately this place is not.

Bland food - not real italian for sure, below par service and no atmosphere. I wont be going back.
