Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I'd stopped ordering from Sanam as the food had been below par on a number of occasions however I decided to give them one more chance. I placed an order online via their own website and got an email confirmation. After 45 mins I rang to see what the delay was to be told some of the items I ordered were no longer on the menu (despite them still being available on their website). Because of this they hadn't processed the order. You can imagine how irate I was. They just simply ignored the order, left me waiting expecting delivery for 45 minutes and didn't have the common courtesy to call and let me know there was a problem. I will never ever ever visit or order from Sanam again and I would certainly never recommend them to anyone.

I visited this restaurant one evening last week. I found the food and the service excellent. The complementary appetiser was delicious, popadom's and a choice of three sauces. My starter and main course - vegtable samosa and chicken jalfrez were also very tasty and great value. Because the restaurant is located within a shopping centre, there is no problem finding a parking space.

Great value at €45 for 2 starters, 2 main, 2 ice-creams and tea or coffee, served with a choice of bottle of wine / 2 beers or 2 soft drinks. The wine wasn't great but the food was delicious. I ordered vegetable pakora, Beef Jalfrezi, with rice an naan... Would definately reccommend to a friend.

I am a huge fan of Indian food & find this has to be 1 of the best Indian restaurants around! They food is tasteful & they will change any dish to suit each individual, their specials which they do for a couple including starter, mains, side, tea/coffe & a bottle of wine for only €40 is unbeatable, they also do other menus which include Chinese, Japenese, Thai, Italian & European but to be honest the Indian food is by far the best out of all.

From the few places that I have gone to which offer Indian cuisine, this is the closest that I have found in terms of taste and variety. The thali for 9.95e and mixed platter starters is really good value. Mango lassi is the best that I could find in Dublin. The manager there is also a very nice person and he always gives good recommendations to help you choose what to have. Never tried any of the other cuisines that they have on offer.

ambitious plan to offer full menus from widely disparate cuisines.
indian menu strong, particularly the saturday and sunday thali lunch platter for 9.95 and the takeaway combo specials great value too.
generous with the basket of poppadums and thai crisps and dips before the meal, but why is it always mango chutney, mint yoghurt and that brightly coloured chopped cabbage ? onion?
unreliable heineken dispenser, but lots of ice cold cobra bottles.
thai and italian food weaker.

I visited here with my partner on Saturday evening. I thought the menu was very good as it had a mix of Indian, Italian, Thai and chipper food. I opted for the indian as i thought it would be a safe bet. Judging the name i expected it would be authentically made and fresh. It was ok, i have had better indians. I may go back, but only because my sister lives close and she is not the best cook.
