Le Tire Bouchon was again a very pleasurable experience. The 25.95 menu was as good as ever. The service was excellent and well timed, despite being busy. We bring our daughter (13 months) and they are always accommodating and always prepare her a nice mash. Their selection of wine is also very good. Can't wait for our next visit!

What can I say. I have only eaten here twice. The last time was the Monday of the Opera Festival. It was very busy. The food was wonderful and the service impeccable. As far as I am concerned it is the only restaurant in Wexford town worth it's salt. The starter of Camembert to share for two is to die for! I am looking forward to my next visit!

I'm originally from Wexford, and while I don't live there any longer I do try get back as often as possible. I went here with my wife for a nice Saturday night meal, and we were both pleasently surprised by the place. Firstly, you never expect to find fine dining like this upstairs over a bar! The food here was simply outstanding! I had steak, and it was cooked exactly like I wanted. A wonderful experience. Unfortunately we didn't have room left for desert, so next time we're back (hopefully soon) I might just skip the starter to see what they're like.
