I walked into Joannes at 4.30pm & ordered my meal. the femalel who served snapped 'we close at 5'. If they close at 5pm then customers are entitled to walk in any time up to 5pm & receive a full & CIVIL service. While I found all other staff to be civil this person gave me tthe opinion that getting out of there was more important to her than providing a service to her customers. This attitude would discourage me from dining there again.
