M & J Restaurant (Wexford) 3.0 star review: Food is fine just a greasy spoon really but location is good and if you want something quick for lunch this is the place.

M & J Restaurant (Wexford) 2.5 star review: I visited this restaurant earlier on this week. it has not been my first visit; I have been here on one other occasion. I definitley do not have any quips with the food. It delivers exactly what it says on the menu without any unexpected surprises and for the price one can not complain. however, on both occasions the service leaves a lot to be desired. You are seated and thrown a menu. After about a minute the waitress comes and asks what you want to order (in a very monotone and almost ignorant fashion). When you say politley you are not ready to order she gives a sigh, rolls her eyes, and makes a huge fuss. This leaves one feeling very embarrased and quite annoyed. Yes the food is good, but with the manners (and I use this term lightly) and the lack of polite competant service I would advise one to stay well clear of this restaurant unless you like ignorant and appaling service.
