We visited here on a Monday evening in August. At first we entered a quiet restaurant with three other tables being served. As it was a Monday, as per common practice these days for Hotel restaurants there was minimal staff. We didn't realize however that the manager that greeted us was the only person working the restaurant that night. I large group entered soon after us and it was obvious the sole member of the waiting staff couldn't cope. The service was almost non existent and we received no bread when other tables were getting it, the wine we ordered didn't arrive either. Bar staff were called in to dig out while the manager did as little as possible to help. Our starters were acceptable but our mains were a disaster, the potato rosti which accompanied my "supreme" of chicken was coated in paint from the baking tray. We pointed this out and our starters were deducted from our bill after some confusion from our barman/waiter and his fearless leader at the counter. A really poor excuse for a restaurant and a real contrast to any other Radisson’s we have dined in.
