I was a little disappointed with a recent visit here. There were no free tables, so we were given a seat at the bar to wiat, no problem with that, however it was then taken for granted that we would sit at the bar - a tad uncomfortable when you've got a severe back back. Service wasn't to the quality previously experienced, and the food was mediocre. It appeared like mass produced carvery. I ordered a toasted wrap, which after at least 20 mins waiting, it appeared not very toasted, with a couple of pieces of what tasted like boiled chicken. In the current climate, one would expect better value than to get 2 lunches mid week (ex starters; drinks etc) for €24....

nice bar with good atmosphere. food here was nice soup, sandwiches and wraps well made but was bit dissapointed that the quality ingredients used were let down by shoestring chips. given homely atmosphere in here would have expected homemade chips. but still worth visit for bite of lunch
