The restaurant is not furnished in typical Indian style , but instead it has a modern stylish feel to it. We were greeted warmly and immediately were given popadums and 3 different dips. We decided to start by sharing a mixed starter platter for 2 people. Samosa , onion bhajee , aloo pakora, khumb fry and begun kebab. The starters were full of indian spice flavour. For mains I had Bindi Gosht which is lamb with onions, garlic and more . I also had a keemi naan bread which was delicious. My friend had chicken Passanda which she enjoyed thoroughly. We couldnt fit in dessert which was a shame because they looked gorgeous. With a bottle of wine and a sparkling water the bill came to €54.74 excluding the tip. This is a great restaurant which uses quality ingredients and it shows in the exceptional flavoursome food. Add the warm attentive service and you have a winner. It is Indian food but with a great twist. We will be back. We also got a free shot at the end of the evening which was lovely. Definately recommend going there....

I am a big lover of Indian food. I have eaten here a lot of times as I love going with friends to Waterford city. The food is gorgeous and service is great. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I would recommend Eastenders as an excellent party or group venue for it's great food & service. I hear it is even open for lunch now so may take a visit. It now has a good website called: www.eastendersrestaurant.net. It opens for lunch too.

Eastenders - A Restaurant I will revisit many times. Great food and very friendly helpful staff. There is so much on the menu to choose from - everything is good. Portions are very good whether you choose to dine in or take away. Take Away orders are always 100% accurate with free poppadums and portions good. Try the main course with the boild egg in it ... I think it is Chicken Razalla - I love this place.
