Probably the best indian restaurant in Clonmel town. Extesnive menu, reasonable pricing, good staff, tasty food. Definitely recommend it.

Whether you're getting a takeaway or sitting down for a meal, the food and service here is excellent. They could do with dimming the lights a little so it's not so bright, this would add to the atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and if you go there often like I do, fpr take away - they give you small freebies, such as poppadums or can's of mineral. If an ingredient isn't in season or they couldn't get good quality then it will be off the menu - such as the bindi bhaji (unsure of spelling) which is great - you always know the qood is going to be excellent.

First reaction was how beautiful the interior was ! We were welcomed greatly. The food didn't take long at all. The starter and the main course were plentiful and everything was very tasty. The staff were so attentive and I would definitely recommend planet spice to anyone!

I love Indian food and whenever and wherever I get a chance I love to eat it. I have eaten in many Indian restaurants and Planet Spice in Clonmel is definitely one of the best.
I can totally recommend the Chicken Rogan Josh, it's yum.
Apart from the food, the restaurant is really comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nicest Indian Restaurant in Clonmel. Lovely food, Lovely staff and very reasonably prices. Good Variety of food. Im not a major lover of indian food but this restaurant has swayed me.

Arrived in Clonmel to visit a friend who is working there, we all decided to go for something spicy so this seemed to be the best place for it. Ordered the Phal, was warned that it was very spicy, much more spicy than the Vindaloo, but I had to go for it. I was not disappointed, so spicy, it was a challenge to finish, but a good challenge. They were very kind and attentive in the restaurant, so much so that when a friend ordered a beer that wasnt on the menu, they went to the shops and bought some for him. Also when they found out we were from Dublin just up for a visit, they gave us free desert! If I go back to Clonmel, I will definitely eat there.

Indian is my favourite food and I have to say that Planet spice is one of the best restaurants that I have visited. My partner and I visit here at least once every second month. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu is quite good and the price is very reasonable because the food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend Planet Spice to anyone especially the prawn chilli masala.

Regular visitor to Planet Spice, they use all organic ingredients. The staff are friendly and attentive. The menu has lots of choice on it and the quality and taste of the food is excellent. Would have no problem recommending it.

A great Indian restaurant for family. The atmosphere is great, they play Bollywood songs to create the atmosphere. The food is tasty, & the price is worth it. The staff are helpful as well. I would definitely come again.
