I generally love going to Eddie Rockets, but why oh why do the chef's in the Eddie Rockets in Clonmel insist on cremating the burgers so that there is a thick crusty charred layer about half a centimetre thick all around the burger!!! Turn down the heat on the grill!!!

Was never a big fan and will never be. Over-priced burger joint. Quite pricey for simple tasting food. Usually end up here upon insistence of friends.
