Driving through cashel on a saturday night looking for somewhere to eat, came upon this lovely place. Beautiful lights down to the entrance, friendly warm welcome and a very interesting menu, mixing pub classics with gourmet offerings. I chose the smoked fish chowder followed by a scallop and black pudding warm salad, my boyfriend had the chicken wings followed by baby back ribs (as you can see i was in the mood for gourmet and he for pub food) and i can honestly say i couldnt fault any of our choices. Everything was beautifully cooked, nicely presented and just so yummy! Was too full to try dessert, but that just gives me an excuse to come back!

Myself and my mother went Saturday for lunch by chance as the usuall restaurant we go to in cashel was closed. We were very very happy with what we got. I think it was the first time I cleared a plate in a long long time. I got the steak sandwich which was beautiful served with salad and fab homecut chips, my mother had a haddock pancake which she was very pleased with. Service was 100% and they took our order and served our drinks very quickly. I would highly recommend anyone in Cashel to try this place as its very nice and the food was fab... a little pricey for lunch so you wouldnt be going here everyday but deflinly worst a visit
