I went there with two friends because they had a jazz trio playing there as part of the Sligo Jazz Festival. It was nice background music and not very loud at all so we could have a conversation. I had the spicy veg burger served with homemade chips and creme fraiche and tomato salsa, one of the others had the beef burger with chips and the other girl had the steak sandwich. We also had a chocolate brownie with coulis and ice-cream. I really enjoyed the food. It was very tasty and really reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. I also thought the waitress was very attentive and natural while not being too in our faces. the place was fairly crowded and there were a few people waiting for tables but they never asked us to finish up. I would definitely go back again the next time I go to Sligo. It was much better than the usual pub grub!

right well i ate here for lunch one day. Cant say its really great to be honest. It tries to be too posh for the food they're sending out. i would try elsewhere maybe if you can! Not overly cheap either. Thats just my opinion.

Great Pub food, good selection, differs from the usual fare of sandwiches and sausages. I especially like the focus on local produce. Excellent value.
