Gleeson’s Townhouse and Restaurant 4.0 star review: This was a meal of two halves. My seafood chowder was excellent and wife chicken dish was equally good. The mains really disappointed; my rare stead was burnt and my wife's fish was very poor. Having said all that the staff very extremely nice and couldn't have been more obliging. The wine list here is very reasonable as is the food. The owner commented that his regular chef was off for the Heiniken Cup Final. My recommendation is that he get a better standby chef. Overall the experience was good and we will return.
