Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. 
  2. Stir-fry the corn and mangetout for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the prawns and continue frying for 1 minute.
  4. Add the beansprouts and sauce, heat through and serve immediately with Sharwood’s prawn crackers and noodles.
