Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat wok, add oil and then stir- fry beef rapidly for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the two peppers and continue stir frying for a further minute.
  3. Add sauce and heat through, gently coating the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Then add the Sharwood’s stir-fry noodles to the stirfry and ensure they are heated thoroughly.
  5. Serve immediately.
