Canton Beef and Black Bean
A classic restaurant dish that will be loved by all!

- Heat wok, add oil and then stir- fry beef rapidly for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the two peppers and continue stir frying for a further minute.
- Add sauce and heat through, gently coating the ingredients thoroughly.
- Then add the Sharwood’s stir-fry noodles to the stirfry and ensure they are heated thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.
