Method

  1. Place fish in a pan.
  2. Pour over Sharwood’s Tikka sauce, and simmer gently for 5 minutes until fish is almost cooked.
  3. Add the prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the coriander and spring onions.
  5. Delicious served with rice and Sharwood’s mini naan breads – ready to share in just 2 minutes. Just follow the instructions on pack!
