Szechuan Spicy Chicken

Indulge in the vibrant flavours of the Szechuan region with this spicy stir-fry sauce.

Ingredients

  • For the base:
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts - sliced
  • 75g (3oz) mangetout
  • 75g (3oz) babycorn
  • 1 jar Sharwoods Spicy Tomato Szechuan

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan, stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the mangetout and babycorn, stir-fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the sauce, heat through and serve.
