Ingredients
- For the base:
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts - sliced
- 75g (3oz) mangetout
- 75g (3oz) babycorn
- 1 jar Sharwoods Spicy Tomato Szechuan
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan, stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the mangetout and babycorn, stir-fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the sauce, heat through and serve.
